  • The Wiki hosted here has been called “The Ownership Wiki" and “The Slave Register's Wiki”; however, the Archivist considers this a renaming or rebranding, as there is only one directory regardless of the Wiki’s name.
  • The Archivist finds that, 1) sometime after October 19, 2009, the site required guest or member login (login option was continued until xx, xx 2006), 2) sometime before April 24, 2013, the site no longer requred login but was depreciated and the forum links were no longer provide 3) sometime before July 4, 2016, the site went to SRN lookup only, and 4) by December 21, 2018, Tanos no longer owned this URL and the redirect went to a successor URL, “slaveregistry.com".

As of August 2025, the domain names for all these sites are being parked or are for sale.

When the same topic appears on multiple sites, it is consolidated into a single page here. When a topic is referenced in a table of contents page but not found for a site or a topic is referenced as a “Missing article” and is truly missing or archive.org did not include the full article’s text for a site, the archive entry will indicate such was missing from that site.
