Prevailing Voice

In many ways, a human being can be fairly compared to a computer. It is possible to consider a person's hardware to be the structure produced by the DNA coding at conception. This 'hardware' includes extensive base 'formatting' or preprogramming, primarily dealing with the automated systems of the body. It also includes the evolutionary package, or the information gathered by millions of years of evolutionary learning and adaptation. This programming is conveyed within the building blocks or molecular structures, which, in combination, form 'you'. Some scientists theorize that every physical cell contains the complete genetic programming package in its entirety. For purposes of this article, I will call this package the 'genetic voice'. The genetic voice is enormously powerful in how the physical structure grows and responds, including how it is designed to process information, how to learn, and even how to think. Scientists today believe that it may be possible to 'alter' some instructions within the genetic code, thereby altering individual cellular instructions, and thereby altering the form of the finished product. This is being done at least initially to attack some forms of genetic disease quite literally at their source.

From conception, the individual begins to absorb 'soft' programming. This is information conveyed to the individual from sources external to the individual's (your) body. This external programming does not exist within the cellular coding and does not have the immense power that the internal coding has. This programming is absorbed as sensory streams. Data is entered by the individual from all receivers, where the internal preprogramming then sorts, implements, or files the data.

The genetic voice accepts this 'soft' programming in layers of importance. That level of importance appears to be determined by the individual's personal formatting or design structure. In some ways, the genetic voice may select information most crucial to the long-term survival of the individual as the most influential or important information for the individual to process, learn, or absorb. It could even be said that the genetic voice 'listens' for information tagged with significant sensory markers that it 'recognizes' as being part of this survival coding. Those sensory markers may include recognition of danger or 'power' or sensations of anxiety, fear, or even pain. These particular markers appear to be tagged by accelerants or trigger the genetic voice into responses that release specific chemistries in the bloodstream and brain pathways. The package that the genetic voice 'listens for and recognizes' can be identified as a 'prevailing voice'.

To prevail upon is to have superior force or influence. The brain may sort through an incoming informational package and select short particular bursts of information. It then 'delivers' these fragments into the primary programming. These bursts may supersede other programming. Once the genetic voice has identified a prevailing voice 'source', the genetic voice may categorize any information received from that source as having the 'same' level of importance as the initial triggering command burst. Within infants, it appears that the infant identifies or selects the voice of the primary teachers in their life as having an overriding or prevailing voice (most often parents and siblings). This may also be a logical selection as the infant may know that its survival is tied to these select voices.

Acceptance of a prevailing command creates a connection of influence and power between the source of the prevailing voice and the receiver of the commands. Frequently, the source of the prevailing voice will 'deliver' particular command bursts over and over again. This repetition embeds the command deeper into the programming, making the command more difficult for the receiver to 'escape' or avoid in their own thought processes. By creating this repetitive assault, the source attempts and often succeeds in making their commands 'hard' or permanent within the programming and thought processes of the receiver. The receiver often reaches the point of feeling 'compelled' to obey this programming or, more directly, the overt instructions of the source. This sense of being 'compelled' may extend into actions by the receiver under command of the source to take actions or be party to actions that the receiver does not agree with or condone.

It is important to recognize that the individual does not evaluate the relative 'worth' of the commands of the source when the first package is 'delivered', but it does evaluate the 'nature' of the source. Their response to these commands is on a level below and before reasoned thought. As the individual matures, they will begin to evaluate the worth of the 'influence' upon them, using their own reasoning abilities to determine if that source is or has acted appropriately for their well-being or inappropriately in an injurious fashion. If they determine that the source is injurious to their survival (mental or physical), they will begin to create 'patches' over the embedded commands to create space or a path to violate or disobey the command itself. This is generally done by the introduction of information and 'voice' separate from the source. This information and instruction are deliberately massed atop the source voice inside the receiver's mind. The receiver will use the same techniques of repetition and pattern construction to obscure or obliterate the 'delivery' of the commands left within their programming.

It becomes important to recognize that each of us can 'correct' or fix existing negative commands within our minds. The technique described above may appear woefully simplistic, perhaps too simplistic for what we feel is the enormity of what may have been done to us by one or more of these source voices in our lives; however, the technique IS effective. The source voice is never entirely 'removed,' but its influence is diminished or significantly reduced to the point that the receiver is able to actively oppose the returning command thoughts by correctly identifying what they are and willfully acting in opposition to them when they surface in the mind.

As an adult, it is also possible to 'decide' to 'hear'. This may be a willful choice to invite a voice of influence into our thought processes that we believe holds our welfare. This 'voice of influence or power' may be a further choice by the individual to guard the individual from the attempted influence of other people or voices. They 'align' themselves with a 'prevailing voice source'. To some extent, we appear to be able to actively decide to 'hear' a voice to the exclusion of or before the voices of others in our lives. On a further note, women who bear children frequently discover that the maternal 'voice' supersedes all other direct or active voices in their lives. This may again be a function of the genetic voice as it identifies survival of the bloodline as being paramount or even more important than personal survival of the individual. A person attempting to willfully violate 'maternal voice' may cause extreme injury if they are successful, or more often discover that their power or influence suddenly disappears or is destroyed, inadvertently setting the receiver 'free' of that influence. This may be when the genetic voice 'decides' that the assaulting voice is in opposition to the continuation of the bloodline, at which point the genetic voice may 'wipe' the voice from the receiver's mind.
