The Naked Houseboy is prohibited from Intentional Facial Concealment at home or away using fingers or hands except as specifically authorized by rule or instruction (like drying off or shielding his eyes from direct sunlight), and any Intentional Facial Concealment which lasts longer than eight consecutive seconds may be deemed an Act Of Disrespect in violation of the Rodeo Rule (Rule #251) and subject to increased punishment with a Level Two Disciplinary Spanking (Rule #70).
