Rule #180 — Medical Devices And Supplies

The Houseboy is required to remain naked at home regardless of who may be present and could observe. This unique and easily identifiable uniform must be kept in a clean and presentable condition, just like any other uniform would be maintained. Appropriate Footwear (Rule #189-A) and a cap or hat are usually optional. Reasonable Accommodations For Disabilities (Rule #181) will be arranged and maintained for those who need to use Medical Devices like walkers and wheelchairs, even if these devices substantially conceal from view a body part or parts which otherwise must remain visible pursuant to protocol.

Master acknowledges that an able bodied Houseboy may become temporarily disabled and require the use of Medical Devices And Supplies, or may need assistance with face or body shaving, or receive other treatment which could keep him bedridden at home or at a care facility. These circumstances by themselves shall not constitute rationale for an exception to the nudity requirement (since nudity is traditionally acceptable when receiving medical care), but whoever administers such care or treatment shall be considered Temporary Master for the purpose of determining whether and to what extent nudity shall or shall not be required at all times whether home or away.

When a Houseboy is temporarily disabled from a minor injury or illness and is recovering at home, Master may or may not choose to rent or otherwise acquire a hospital bed for ease of treatment or for the comfort and safety of the Houseboy. During this time the Houseboy may be directed to wear clothing or covering or use Medical Devices And Supplies which cover or conceal his body or its parts, or require changing or washing. The patient may also need to be washed or shaved and must fully cooperate with any instructions relating to these activities, regardless of who may be present and could observe. Master will make Reasonable Accommodations for the wearing, washing or changing of any Medical Devices And Supplies, even when doing so may cover or conceal view of the Houseboy’s body or its parts. Master will cooperate with and facilitate any caregiver request for the Houseboy to be bathed or shaved, and require the Houseboy to fully cooperate with any care assistants or volunteers.

When a Houseboy is recovering at home from an illness or injury and has not been granted exemption to nudity, he is still required to remain naked regardless of who may be present and could observe. Guests shall be permitted to observe the care and treatment of the Houseboy unless their presence would constitute a health or safety issue or is prohibited by a caregiver. Nothing in this rule shall excuse a Houseboy from any other duty or chore which he can safely complete, nor from any discipline for violation of rules, protocols or instructions. The Houseboy may be required to submit to any reasonable visual or physical examinations, including typical checks like those of the feet, scalp or Anal Inspection (Rule #328-A&B), on demand by Master or a caregiver.

This rule may be modified at any time to allow for better treatment and recovery from illness or injury, regardless of whether it increases or reduces the privacy or physical exposure of the Naked Houseboy at home. Master will make reasonable accommodations for circumstances which are not specifically covered by this rule, and retains the right to bring in paid or volunteer Body Sculptors (Rule #150-A) to maintain Houseboy uniform standards as long as the manscaping can be performed safely.

Rule #159 — Expired Milk and Dairy Products

The Naked Houseboy is responsible for regularly monitoring the expiration date of all packaged or bottled items in the refrigerator and for discarding expired products. This includes those with a ‘Sell By’ date, which should be assumed to allow the product an additional seven days for use after it is purchased. When the Houseboy is uncertain how to determine product dating or whether an item should be discarded, it is his responsibility to ask for guidelines and remember any verbal instructions for the next same or similar product or circumstance. Failure to properly monitor and discard expired products may subject the Houseboy to discipline or a special trip to the store during his free time to repurchase or replace the expired item, although Master will bear the expense for such purchases.
 

Expired Milk Amd Dairy Products pose a special risk to health and must be monitored more closely, with visual checks daily for freshness dating. Discovery or use of any Expired Milk Or Dairy Product by Master or a guest will subject the Houseboy to a Disciplinary Milk Shower which will include the Expired Milk Or Dairy Products. The special discipline applies only to discovery or use of the following products: All white or flavored milk, all fortified milks or sealed dairy milk products including shakes and muscle milk, all dairy creamers including half and half, all sour cream and cottage cheeses including those prepackaged with fruit or additives, all grated or shredded parmesan cheese, all butters and margarines and similar spreads, all yogurts and yogurt products including those with fruit or additives, all prepackaged pourable nacho type cheese toppings, and all other pourable products with milk or dairy as a primary or substantial ingredient. Exempt from special discipline are solid dairy and processed cheeses, salad dressings, single serve packets of any product, and anything clearly labeled as ‘non-dairy’.

Master recognizes the possibility that a guest may inadvertently introduce expired product into the refrigerator as an arrival gift or during home events like pot luck or weekend barbecues, and the Houseboy will not be held responsible for violations which he could not reasonably prevent. The Houseboy is still responsible for gifted products which he is informed of on arrival, and he is always responsible for any product which remains in the refrigerator for 24 hours or longer, since he is supposed to check for product dating daily. Due to the messy and disruptive nature of Disciplinary Milk Showers, this punishment is generally announced immediately and is then deferred until a more appropriate time.

Pursuant to these Rules And Protocols, Master has the right to reduce any and all punishments to as little as a verbal warning, except when specifically prohibited by an individual protocol. A Disciplinary Milk Showercan not be waived or reduced to a lesser punishment after a guest has actually consumed Expired Milk Or Dairy Product without the specific permission of that guest, and the guest has the right to safely administer the punishment if time and circumstances permit. 

During home events when two or more Houseboys are on duty and an Expired Milk Or Dairy Productviolation occurs, Master may instruct the Houseboys to compete in a Milk Fight (See Index, Rule #161) using either fresh or expired product as a non-disciplinary alternative. Eye protection will be provided on request. Houseboys are subject to washing, rinsing or Spot Cleaning (See Index, Rule #57) by Master or a volunteer after any Milk Fight.

Master has the right to defer any punishment under this rule until a weekend or home event, and to discard the Expired Milk And Dairy Products and use fresh replacements instead. This most commonly occurs when the violation occurs while a sensitive guest is present or the punishment would disrupt the schedule or social atmosphere at Master’s home. Punishment will not be deferred simply because a Houseboy claims embarrassment at being observed by others while he is punished. It is not considered to be Unnecessarily Wasting Energy (See Index, Rule #250) for a Houseboy to examine refrigerator contents with the door open for a period of five minutes or less unless some other action or inaction (like opening the freezer door at the same time) causes energy use to increase significantly.

Rule #158 — Basic Over The Knee Spanking

All violations by the Houseboy are punishable at Level One Discipline, unless otherwise specified in the rules and protocols. Punishment at this level calls for a bare hand spanking on the Houseboy’s bare bottom, and is the most common form of discipline.  More serious violations like Disrespect To A Visitor may bring discipline using an implement at Level Two, and egregious misbehavior may even call for the addition of restraints at Level Three. When a disciplinary spanking is called for, punishment may commence immediately regardless of who may be present and could observe.

There are several positions that may be used for corporal discipline, the most common of which is the Basic Over The Knee Spanking. The Houseboy can easily be placed over Master’s knee just about anywhere he can misbehave, from the living room or den inside the home to the pool area outdoors. Master can even sit on a rock while working in the unimproved land near the back of the property. This type of ‘instant justice’ is reminiscent of spankings used in parental settings of generations past, and is generally viewed as a safe and efficient method of administering correction without breaking the flow of activity or conversation longer than the actual time needed to bend the misbehaving Houseboy over Master’s knees and quickly impact with the hand (or an implement like a shoe) onto his exposed buttocks.

A Basic Over The Knee Spanking may also be administered to a Houseboy who fails to meet expectations when traveling with Master away from home. Any clothing which the Houseboy happens to be wearing may be quickly removed (or his pants merely lowered to present the target area), though there may be occasions where local laws and dress codes may prohibit this type of discipline. In these situations, Master may have to choose between spanking without baring the buttocks, transporting the Houseboy to a nearby location where discretion will allow bare bottom punishment, or announcing discipline but deferring it until a later time. At Master’s discretion, the Houseboy is subject to double of the number of assigned swats if punishment must be deferred or is administered over any layer of clothing, except a jockstrap. 

In the example photo, a temporary Houseboy is about to receive a Level Two Spanking in the Basic Over The Knee position, with a hair brush as the chosen implement for punishment. Master will use one hand to spank the target area and the other hand to grip and secure the Houseboy so that he is less likely to roll over and injure himself. Master does not concern himself with which body parts may or may not be explicitly visible to others in the room, though the Houseboy is often directed to face away from others to reduce the possibility of whining or non-verbal pleas for mercy.

For all disciplinary spankings, Master has the right to determine the strength and number of swats to be administered as well as the spanking position that will be assigned, unless a rule or protocol specifies otherwise. Consideration will be given to the Houseboy’s length of service since collaring, his attitude and demeanor and previous behavior, and whether the violation was intentional or accidental or negligent. Master may also consider disciplinary recommendations volunteered by others who happen to be present. Master will count off all swats administered in the Basic Over The Knee position, and Corner Time (See Index, Rule #120) may complete the discipline at Master’s discretion.

Following punishment, the Naked House Boy is dismissed to carry on with his assigned duties and chores. Reddened Buttocks Are Never An Excuse  (See Index, Rule #6) to delay or avoid any activity or chore, regardless of who may be present and could observe. The Basic Over The Knee Spanking may also be administered to a Houseboy who has not misbehaved, as part of a a demonstration of technique or Educational Initiative (Rule #119).  When a Houseboy is required to submit to a non-disciplinary spanking of this nature, swats will be limited to the minimum number and strength necessary for demonstration of technique.
 

Rule #154-M — Objectification (Monitor Holder or Television Stand)

The Houseboy may be Objectified as any object at any time, and he is required to obey instructions for Objectification without hesitation or delay, regardless of circumstances. This type of order is effective instantly unless instructed otherwise, so he may have no opportunity to respond or even to ask questions for clarification or instructions. The Houseboy’s obligation is to immediately and silently obey, period. If he does not understand an Objectification Command or he wishes additional information or clarification, protocol requires that he tilt his head slightly with a quizzical expression to plead for more data. Regardless of circumstance, it is always the Houseboy’s responsibility if he fails to legitimately attempt to obey, unless doing so would be unsafe or illegal to do so pursuant to the Paramount Rule.

In the example photo, Houseboy Mark is Objectified As A Monitor Stand for Master’s college aged nephew who is visiting for the weekend and staying in an unused bed in a room normally used for storage. Since there is no television or computer monitor available in this corner of the house, the Houseboy is instructed to retrieve a lightweight monitor and Report (See below, Rule #211) to the storage room. After being told to plug the monitor in, the Objectification Command is given which effectively requires the House Boy to continue standing (naked and still) so that Master’s nephew can go online and complete his coursework or gaming without distraction. If it turns out that the screen is set at the wrong angle or needs to be raised or lowered or cleaned, this is no longer the responsibility of the Houseboy since he is now officially just an inanimate object. Any cleaning or movement of the monitor or stand, including its arms and legs,  will have to be carefully done by a human while the Objectified Houseboy remains quiet and still.

Objectification rarely lasts longer than 20 minutes per session and is time-limited by protocol to one hour maximum per calendar day, but may be extended at Master’s discretion to complete an activity in progress during a hosted event. Objectification must not conflict with health and safety regulations, the Law Of Gravity or Newton’s Law Of Motion. Visitors are required to obtain approval from Master before attempting to objectify any Houseboy.

Other examples of this command include Objectification As Display Art (Rule #154-A), as a tetherball pole, informational sign, whiteboard, or even a ‘Pin The Tail’ or ‘Ring Toss’ target during backyard gaming. Any objects which are tied or otherwise attached to the Objectified Houseboy must be placed and removed safely, and any materials used for skin preparation, decoration, cleaning or polishing must be safe for human contact and safely applied. 

Objectification may also be ordered as part of any Educational Initiative (Rule #119). The installation or wearing of clothing or accessories during or immediately after Objectification is not a violation of the Nudity Rule (Rule #1). Houseboys are subject to washing or inspection after any Objectification, regardless of who may be present and could observe. Nothing in this rule shall diminish or restrict any guest’s Basic Right To Observe And Comment (Rule #191) about the Houseboy’s nudity, body parts, predicament, or compliance with the the various rules and protocols.

Rule #150-A — Body Sculptors

Professional or volunteer Body Sculptors may be brought in from time to time to maintain the body hair standards which are established for each individual Houseboy. Master does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, ethnicity, or physical disability in the selection of Body Sculptors. The Houseboy will be notified sufficiently in advance so that he can present himself clean, completely naked from head to toe, and ready to be shaved or smoothed at the scheduled time and location in Master’s home. When weather conditions permit, an outdoor location in the pool or patio area may be chosen for this activity. Since the Houseboy has No Right To Physical Privacy during any duty or chore (See Index below, Rule #12), shaving or smoothing may proceed regardless of who may be present and could observe.

In the example photo, a professional Body Sculptor carefully shaves the buttocks and scrotum while a volunteer assistant holds the Naked Houseboy still for his safety. Those who are tasked with Body Sculptingare considered ‘Temporary Master’ with authority to administer Level One Discipline (Rule #71) and the Naked Houseboy is expected to follow instructions so that preparation, positioning, and proper shaving or smoothing may take place. This authority continues through the cleanup phase and any follow up shaving or smoothing, if necessary. While the Houseboy is permitted to engage in casual conversations unless instructed to remain silent, he should not cause unnecessary distraction through movement or complaints about trivial preferences like cold hands and implements or the particular positioning and exposure of body parts to those who happen to be present. 

In the unlikely event a complaint is made to Master because the Naked Houseboy is disrespectful or fails to cooperate with the reasonable instructions, discipline may be escalated to a Level Two Spanking (Rule #70) to be administered using an implement like a belt or paddle after shaving is completed, since Master previously relinquished the right to approve or prevent bare handed Level One Spankings to the Temporary Master. As always, insubordination to Master himself is a Level Three Violation (Rule #19) and punishable immediately using an implement once the misbehaving Houseboy is safely restrained. It should be noted that discipline beyond a few quick bare hand swats for minor transgressions are very rare, due to previously described severity of the potential consequences.  

Each full-time Houseboy is evaluated prior to collaring for several characteristics. One of these is appropriateness of body hair. The evaluation takes into account his body measurements and overall appearance, the color and thickness of his natural body and pubic hair, and Master’s impressions of the Houseboy’s appearance either with body hair or without. Options include something in-between, like close-crop trimming or partial shaving of just the public or anal-genital areas. About fifty percent of full-time Houseboys are assigned shaving of all body hair from armpits to ankles, and any applicant should be prepared for this possibility. 

Day to day shaving and smoothing of body hair is the Naked Houseboy’s responsibility, unless the use of an outside Body Sculptor or volunteer is authorized. All self-grooming takes place in the Houseboy’s bathroom with the door to remain open to allow for proper supervision, unless instructed otherwise. Houseboys serving part time or temporarily will be granted an automatic exemption from this rule on request, and may retain all body hair. They are still subject to Body Hair Inspection at any time, along with mandatory trimming or temporary removal of any body hair which is determined to pose a potential health or safety risk. An example of this would be an insect bite or scratch where body hair temporarily interferes with the ability to sterilize it with antiseptic or securely apply a bandage.

Master welcomes offers of assistance with any of the Houseboy’s duties and chores when time and circumstances permit. For safety reasons, assistance with shaving and Body Sculpting is not permitted unless the volunteer has previously observed the House Boy being similarly shaved or smoothed. Offers of assistance with Body Sculpting should be directed to Master and not the Houseboy, and only Master has the right to approve or reject these offers of assistance. Physical contact between Body Sculptors and the Naked Houseboy is limited to that which is necessary to carry out the specific activities described in this rule, including preparation and cleanup.

The Naked Houseboy may be required to submit to shaving or smoothing as part of an Educational Initiative(Rule #119) even when Body Sculpting is not needed or previously scheduled. Body Sculpting which takes place off property is covered under separate protocol, as is cutting of the facial hair and scalp. For scalp hair, Master permits all Houseboys to determine their own Hair Length And Style (See below, Rule #92) as a reminder of everything else they have given up by agreeing to serve. This includes the right to privacy, the right to wear clothing, the right to freedom of speech, and the right to avoid embarrassment and physical exposure.

Rule #140 — Arms Up or Arms Raised (‘Touchdown Command’)

The Houseboy has a variety of commands to learn and obey pursuant to specified protocols. These include basic commands common to most Masters like Clasp Hands (Rule #2), At Ease (Rule #167), and Sleep (Rule #130). Protocols for a few commands call for unusual implementation or variations, depending on circumstances, and it is the responsibility of every Houseboy to learn and execute the required situational responses for these type of commands. 

The command Arms Up or Arms Raised may be given at any time at home or away. Protocol calls for the Houseboy to immediately raise his arms and hands, remaining parallel to his shoulders. His fingers must remain together, and hands should never form a fist. This command usually follows the Report Command(Rule #211) and may preceed a Full Body Inspection (Rule #16) or Body Part Inspection (Rule #116), often of the underarms or shaved body parts. Silence and a neutral expression are appropriate for this position. Eye contact by the Houseboy should be either to Master or looking downward at his own penis. Violation of protocol is punishable with a Level One Spanking (Rule #71), except that intentional refusal to comply or the raising of a sole middle finger on either or both hands is a Level Three Insubordination (Rule #19).

An unusual aspect of this command is its special implementation during American football. When any Houseboy is present in the same room or area while a live broadcast college or professional football game is being televised in Master’s home (or elsewhere on Master’s property), the alternate phrase Touchdown (when exclaimed in a raised voice following an actual 6 point scoring play) triggers a requirement that the Houseboy immediately obey protocol for this command. Master occasionally hosts a football game day party for a small group of friends (and in some years a larger Super Bowl Party as well), and any Houseboy who is present must be alert for the word Touchdown to be yelled out out by a fan or fans. Protocol in this circumstance only requires the Houseboy to momentarily assume the complete Arms Raised position (with no restrictions on eye contact or facial expression), at which point he may lower his arms and continue carrying on with his previous chore or activity.

It may be necessary for a Houseboy who is serving refreshments or carrying items during a football game to momentarily set down these items to avoid unnecessary spillage or other mishaps which could lead to discipline. Violation for failure to execute a valid Touchdown command is punishable by a single swat Level One Spanking for a first offense during any game, two swats for a second offense, and three for a third (etcetera) for each guest who is present and articulates a desire that the Houseboy be punished. Since it is the guests who are technically the victim of the Houseboy’s misbehavior, they each may be allowed to administer a single swat of the prescribed punishment under Master’s supervision. All guests who are invited to football parties at Master’s home are told in advance that the Naked Houseboy is not permitted to disrespect fans of the game of football by failing to acknowledge an exclaimed Touchdown.

Rule #128 — Body and Skin Check

The Naked Houseboy may be required annually to submit to a Body And Skin Check and whenever any Body Search is flagged for secondary examination. The 12 specific areas which are most commonly flagged for Body And Skin Check are the Houseboy’s head, ears, eyes, nose, mouth, arms, abdomen-chest, genitals, legs, feet, back and buttocks. The primary difference between the Body Search Inspection (Rule #363) and the detailed Body and Skin Check is that the former is mostly a complete visual inspection while the Body And Skin Check is a hands on examination which may require significant physical contact to test one or more issues like tendon reflex, temperature sensitivity, allergen response, pressure testing, and discharge.

Some examples of typical Body And Skin Check examinations include:

—> Kneecap, which may be tapped with a rubber hammer or similar tool to determine if the reactive kick is within norms

—> Scrotum, which may be gently exposed to a cloth-covered ice pack or application of cold water to evaluate epidermal response and shrinkage, or soaked in warm water or exposed to heated air to determine whether the skin sags and the testicles hang evenly and low

—> Pubic bone, which may be sensitive to shaving or hair removal products and may be tested with small amounts of product to determine susceptibility to rash, red bumps or other anomalies

—> Nostrils, which may be briefly pressed closed with a fingertip one at a time to determine if the opposing nostril is capable of filling and emptying the lungs

—> Perineum, which may need to be manipulated or gently dusted to evaluate type and volume of penile discharge if such has been observed or suspected

The Body and Skin Check is not intended to be a medical examination or evaluation, but any issues discovered may result in first aid or referral to an authorized provider for diagnosis and treatment. If two Houseboys are in simultaneous or overlapping service, Master may assign one Houseboy to assist in examining the other to save time. All inspections or examinations will be supervised by Master at all times. Any Houseboy who was flagged for Body And Skin Check for any epidermal area not listed on the form is subject to a Full Body Skin Check and must be noted on the bottom line of the chart along with any negative issues, if found. 
 

Nudity is required for each Body And Skin Check, regardless of the body parts or areas which are scheduled for examination. As always, the Houseboy has No Right To Physical Privacy (Rule #12) during any inspection or examination, regardless of who may be present and could observe. 

Rule #124 — Pelvic Thrusts Exercise — 

The Houseboy is required to maintain a personalized fitness schedule which will include assigned exercises and activities as determined by Master. Planned fitness activities will be posted on the daily or weekly schedule in the Houseboy’s journal or on the kitchen refrigerator. One of the required exercises for an able bodied Houseboy is Pelvic Thrusts. This exercise — nicknamed PeeTee— is to be completed without clothing regardless of who may be present and could observe. Optional socks and jewelry need not be removed. 

PeeTee exercise begins with the Houseboy laying face up on his back and flat on his feet and with his knees bent, laying back sufficiently until his shoulders are in contact with the mat or floor. He then uses both hands to prop up his midsection and arch his back to maximum height, so that his penis or scrotum is highest in elevation of all body parts. The exercise continues with the repetitive lowering of the bare buttocks until contact is made with mat or floor followed by another arch of his back to the genitals-up position, verbally counting off each complete Pelvic Thrust when this penis or scrotum reaches the position of highest elevation. In order for a Pelvic Thrust to count as valid, the Houseboy’s left and right buttock must make simultaneous contact with the floor or carpet however briefly, and then must return under his own power to the genitals-up start position within eight seconds, without Going Go To The Rodeo (Rule #251). 

In the example photo, a Houseboy positions himself in the start position and calls out ‘zero’ to begin his Pelvic Thrusts exercise. Master then instructs the Houseboy to freeze in place for several seconds so that visual verification can be made that the penis or scrotum are higher off the floor than than the thighs and knees and other body parts. This is an important step for those taking an official count, since the size and positioning of the Houseboy’s genitalia may change between exercise sessions. If an adjustment to the start position is needed after the Houseboy calls out ‘zero’, it may be necessary to briefly pinch and lift up (or stretch) the penis or scrotum before allowing the Houseboy to begin the downward motion of his first Pelvic Thrust exercise. It is the Houseboy’s responsibility to properly complete each subsequent thrust, and failure to do so may result in lowering of the official count after exercise is completed.  

Counting of Pelvic Thrusts is on the honor system except when Master or a volunteer chooses in advance to verify an official count. A record of completed Pelvic Thrusts (whether it meets goals or not) shall be maintained in the Houseboy’s Daily Journal (Rule #356). This exercise is not assigned to a Houseboy with a temporary or permanent disability that would make PeeTee exercise significantly painful or medically inadvisable.

Rule #123 — Appropriate Terminology

The conduct and behavior of the Houseboy reflects directly on the training and standards that Master establishes in his home environment. Master’s home is a social place, and gentlemanly behavior when interacting with others is expected and customary. This extends to travel away from home, and Master strives to set a gentlemanly example by choosing to use Appropriate Terminology whether at home or away. Any usage of gutter language or slang words and phrases by the Houseboy without specific authorization is a violation of this rule and subject to discipline.

Every prospective Houseboy is furnished a copy of the Appropriate Terminology Chart prior to his Pre-Collaring Interview And Inspection, and a physical copy of the chart is always available for viewing in Masters home. While the words and phrases listed in the chart are not the only suitable terms which can be spoken by the Houseboy, the chart provides a guide and assurance that the Houseboy will not be subject to discipline for using any of the words or phrases illustrated above.

The Houseboy is permitted to use slang words or phrases, like ‘fuck’ or ‘shit’, only when directly repeating slang which has been spoken or written by somebody else, or when Master has given permission to use slang for a specific reason. It is not a violation to privately ask Master what an appropriate substitute would be for an inappropriate word or phrase, as long as the inappropriate word or phrase is not overheard by anyone else. On rare occasions, Master may temporarily waive the Appropriate Terminology rule or permit specific slang words and phrases during an activity or event where the use of slang would be inoffensive. 

The use of only Appropriate Terminology generally allows Master and the Houseboy to carry on conversation without the need to self-censor at home or away. Discussions about the rules and protocols and the Houseboy chores and activities can be engaged with less worry about offending others, although these conversations may still be embarrassing to the Houseboy depending on the circumstances and content. An example would be waiting in line for coffee at Starbucks when Master needs to question the Houseboy about his morning shower and body grooming. Master would never loudly exclaim, “Did you shave your balls like you were supposed to today?” but may discreetly ask, “Did you smooth your scrotum as required this morning?” While it’s possible that the barista or a nosy neighbor in line might overhear the conversation, no inappropriate language has been used and the Houseboy will have to deal with any temporary embarrassment which occurs. 

The requirement to use Appropriate Terminology includes conversations about sexual activities and bodily functions, but does not preclude using what might be an otherwise inappropriate term in a properly defined manner, like the word ‘bitch’ to describe a female canine or the word ‘ass’ to describe the domesticated animal similar to a donkey. Some examples of Appropriate Terminology versus inappropriate slang are as follows:

—> Penis instead of dick or cock

—> Testicles instead of balls

—> Scrotum instead of ball sack

—> Vagina instead of pussy or cunt

—> Intercourse instead of fucking

—> Fellatio instead of blow job or sucking cock

—> Anus or rectum instead of ass or asshole

—> Urethra instead of piss hole or dick slit

—> Urinate instead of peeing or pissing

—> Ejaculate instead of cumming

—> Semen instead of jizz or cum

—> Erection instead of hard on or boner

—> Excrement or stool instead of shit

Violations of this rule may be punished with a Level One Spanking, although accidental infractions and first offenses may be dismissed with a Silent Or Verbal Warning or Level Zero Punishment like a written apology at Master’s discretion. When considering discipline for violations of this rule, Master must consider that each person potentially offended by the use of an inappropriate word or phrase is a separate victim and that the negative impact to Master’s reputation and character is multiplied by the number of victims who are aware of the violation.

If a violation of this rule results in a disciplinary spanking, additional swats may be administered under the Cumulative Violation Rule (Rule #100) to account for multiple victims, as noted above. A Houseboy is never ever authorized to use inappropriate words or phrases in any document in writing without advance permission from Master, also in writing. When discipline can not be administered because a violation occurs in a public place, punishment may be announced and deferred or the violation can be allowed to pass silently with discipline to be announced later when the Houseboy arrives home or at a location where punishment can be properly administered, but always before evening bedtime.

Rule #120 — Corner Time —

The Naked Houseboy may be required to serve Corner Time in addition to or as a substitute for any other punishment, whether at home or away. Corner Time may also be offered, at Master’s discretion, as an option to lighten or lesson any punishment which has been announced but not yet administered. For the purpose of this rule with regards to spankings, the term lighten means to reduce the duration, impact, or number of physical swats, and the term lesson means to reduce the level number that a spanking is assigned or to reduce or eliminate one or more aspects of a punishment which contains two or more consequences or loss of privileges. When Corner Time is served in Master’s home, nudity is always required, regardless of who may be present and could observe. Socks or light footwear may remain on, unless discipline was assigned because of a violation relating to footwear or to Washing Feet, Ankles, Or Toes (See below, Rule #91).

In the example photo, the Houseboy is seen standing with Clasp Hands (Rule #8) as he begins mandatory Corner Time following a disciplinary spanking. Lighting and Mirrors (See below, Rule #320) have been installed in this corner, highlighting his backside and reflecting a frontal view, to allow visual examination for skin condition of the impacted buttocks and to allow proper supervision of the Houseboy while Corner Time is being served. The default posture for this punishment is standing with head bowed as shown, though a Houseboy may be instructed to Kneel (Rule #263) at Master’s discretion.

Corner Time is the most common form of discipline that a first-time visitor is likely to observe in Master’s home, since the Houseboy is trained to be on his best behavior when new friends are present. If you imagine for a moment that you’re a guest in Master’s home and you just stepped inside and see a Houseboy standing naked in a corner as pictured above, there are several subtle facts you can deduce by examination:

—> This Corner Time is not a substitute for a disciplinary spanking — because the Houseboy’s buttocks are clearly reddened — so we know that Corner Time is being given in addition to a previously administered spanking.

—> The Houseboy was wearing socks when he misbehaved (or when the violation was discovered), since he wouldn’t be allowed to put on a pair of socks just for discipline.

—> Whatever rule or protocol that the Houseboy violated had nothing to do with the feet or ankles or toes, since he wouldn’t be allowed to keep wearing those white socks during Corner Time after those particular types of violations.

—> His disciplinary spanking was likely administered at Level One (bare handed) and the violation was probably not for anything serious, since Level One Spankings are usually reserved for the most minor forms of misbehavior, and those pinkish buttocks show no sign of having received more than just a few swats. They also don’t show any color changes consistent with the use of a common spanking implement like a ruler or paddle. 

—> He is probably a full-time Houseboy and not one who was brought in just to serve for a pool party or weekend event like a reunion, since only part-time and temporary Houseboys are given automatic exemptions from pubic and underarm grooming and this Houseboy has shaved underarms and a hairless pubic area. 

—> This Houseboy has a job outside the home or attends college or technical training classes, because he is allowed to keep his forearm hair so that it won’t be obvious to coworkers or classmates that he body shaves. Master only allows this type of exemption to the rules for a live-in Houseboy who is employed or attends classes.

—> Master isn’t all that angry with this Houseboy and wants to let him off easy, otherwise Master would call out the Houseboy for failing to properly wear optional clothing. When optional socks are worn, they must be without holes and pulled up sufficiently so that they don’t sag and make the Houseboy appear lazy or inattentive. (Long socks may alternatively be folded over so that both socks appear the same, which these aren’t). A Houseboy who reports to Corner Time with sagging or unmatched socks is subject to two additional Level One swats (one for each sock) followed by an instruction to remove the socks before and re-report to Corner Time (since the new offense is for a violation having to do with the socks themselves).

Protocol requires the Houseboy to turn around and verbally apologize for his specific misbehaviors when any Corner Time is over. He should also apologize for being a distraction if anyone besides Master happens to be present. The Houseboy is also subject to potential Buttocks Inspection (Rule #20) after any spanking to insure there hasn’t been minor injury, like a cut or other issue which may need a small bandage or first aid application with topical lotion or antiseptics. Since there is only minor redness visible, this Houseboy will probably not be inspected.

Follows completion of Corner Time, the Houseboy should return to his regular duties and chores or to perform any other necessary tasks or instructions like serving refreshments to guests.  Reddened Buttocks Are Never An Excuse (Rule #6) to resist, delay, or avoid any subsequent duty or chore regardless of circumstances. When Corner Time is assigned to a Houseboy in the pool, it may be served in a shallow corner of the pool, or standing on the pool steps with his body exposed to air, or outside the pool but within view of Master or guests

Rule #102-B — Handcuff Alternatives

One pair of fully functional Handcuffs (See Index below, Rule #102-A) shall be stored on the property or in Master’s vehicle at all times, with one of the associated keys placed on Master’s key ring for use when needed. When the Houseboy is traveling with Master away from home and it becomes necessary to use handcuffs which are not available, Master has the right to use a safe alternative to handcuffs either for enforcement of discipline or for non-disciplinary use pursuant to the rules and protocols. While circumstances like these are rare, this protocol for Handcuff Alternatives is necessary to insure the safety of the Houseboy and Master’s right to use alternative restraints in the absence of standard issue handcuffs. 

An example of discipline using handcuffs would be a Level Three Spanking (Rule #19) to be immediately administered to the Houseboy’s bare bottom for a violation while visiting at a friend’s home where handcuffs or suitable restraints are unavailable or unsatisfactory. An example of non-disciplinary use of handcuffs would be the need to attach a leash and cuffs on a Houseboy to safely guide or escort him through a crowded area during a public festival or other crowded event. The protocol in this rule authorizes Master to use safe and legal Handcuff Alternatives to restrain the Houseboy in any disciplinary or non-disciplinary situation.

When the Use Of Handcuff Alternatives is necessary away from home, a belt shall be provisioned and improvised as the default substitute. The Houseboy may be required to remove his belt on demand and present it to Master properly folded, regardless of who may be present and could observe. Alternatively, Master may choose to use his own belt or that of a volunteer if the Houseboy is not wearing a belt, or if he is wearing a belt which is poorly suitable for application as a handcuff alternative. The wearing of baggy or oversized pants may not be used as an excuse by a Houseboy to avoid removal of his belt, and Master is not responsible if an unbelted Houseboy’s pants happen to sag or fall due to the Houseboy’s own inattention or carelessness. If a belt is unavailable, a strap or rope or similar item may be used as a secondary alternative instead.

Protocol for fashioning a belt into a suitable Handcuff Alternative consists of four steps, as shown in the example photo:

1 — Thread the tail of the belt through the buckle, and pull it until the loop is sized to the size of the Houseboy’s wrist

2 — Loop the loose tail back through the belt buckle’s square frame, creating an eight

3 — Bring the tail around and slide it through the belt loop while making sure to keep the size of the cuff

4 — Take the tail and slide it through the square belt buckle frame, keeping it parallel to the other segment of belt which was slid through in Step 2 (Master or a volunteer then can tighten the handcuffs by simply pulling on the tail)

Any Houseboy who has a belt or alternative secured around his wrists or ankles shall be considered Officially Restrained for the purpose of all rules and protocols, and Master will take extra care to insure the Houseboy’s supervision and safety. Restraint of a Houseboy for Level Three Discipline (Rule #18) shall only be maintained until the need for restraint has passed or until any disciplinary action is completed, and the provisions of the Paramount Rule shall apply. A visual inspection of the Houseboy’s skin under and around the restrained area should be conducted by Master or a volunteer following removal of the belt, and may be combined with the mandatory Buttocks Inspection (Rule #20) which follows all Level Three Spankings. As always, the Houseboy has No Right To Physical Privacy (Rule #12) during any inspection or examination.

When a Handcuff Alternative is used to provide an attachment point for a leash or lead for non-disciplinary reasons, the Houseboy is expected to keep pace with and maintain eye contact to Master at all times. Any active or passive resistance or preventable failure to keep pace and eye contact to Master is subject to discipline. Handcuff Alternatives may also be used for Dealing With Resistance to any command or instruction, or as part of any Educational Initiative (Rule #119) regardless of whether the Houseboy is clothed or naked.

Rule #97-A — Temperature Check

Health and safety concerns are high priority. The Houseboy may be instructed to submit to a Temperature Check whenever he is observed or reported to be ill or unsteady, or whenever any inspection or other activity reveals an articulable symptom of fever or illness. Preference will be given to the use of a rectal thermometer for accuracy, though an alternate method may be used when a rectal thermometer is unavailable or inadvisable, such as during an enema or when traveling with Master away from home. 

A Temperature Check may be included as part of any Full Body Inspection (Rule #16) at Master’s option, with results to be noted on the Strip Search Record Sheet. A Temperature Check must always be verbally announced prior to insertion of any thermometer. For safety reasons, untrained volunteers are not permitted to assist with a Temperature Check except to actually read out loud and announce the temperature for recording. Master appreciates those who volunteer to assist with any necessary follow up, such as the preparation and use of ice packs and comfort or nutrition items (like chicken soup), and bathing or enema prep if necessary

Nothing in this rule shall excuse a Houseboy from submitting to a Temperature Check as part of an approved Educational Initiative (Rule #119) or when being medically evaluated by a Temporary Master like a martial arts or swimming instructor, who may follow their own criteria. As always, the provisions of the Paramount Ruleshall apply to any Temperature Check. When Master is away, a Houseboy who remains at home and suspects he is running a fever may self check his temperature or request assistance from whoever is available, as long as Master is notified of the circumstances as soon as possible.

A Houseboy who is traveling with Master away from home and who is observed or reported to be ill or unsteady, may be administered an immediate Temperature Check or Body Part Inspection (Rule #116) in circumstances of injury or urgency, using whatever means and methods are available at the time and location. The need to evaluate the Houseboy for health and safety must remain a higher priority than considerations of physical privacy and modesty, even if this results in temporary exposure or embarrassment. As a concession for safety similar to the protocol for Fires And Emergencies (Rule #114), the same priority remains true in the event Master or a guest becomes ill or injured, and the Houseboy shall not be subject to discipline should this occur.

A supply of disposable non-latex gloves shall be kept for use when needed. The Houseboy is responsible for the sterilization, storage and proper labeling of all temperature check devices, and must notify Master whenever replacement or replenishment of thermometers or gloves is needed.

Rule #94-A — Designated Smoking Area (Home)

Smoking or vaping of cigarettes and e-cigarettes, cannabis, and pipes or cigars are prohibited inside Master’s home and outbuildings, and are also prohibited outdoors in the pool and yard and all other areas except as noted below. The prohibition applies equally to the Houseboy and all visitors without exception. For guests who smoke, a Designated Smoking Area is provided at the rear corner of the property with limited seating and a table with ash trays for butts. 

A Houseboy who smokes is permitted to access and use the Designated Smoking Area on his free or recreational time, unless instructed not to do so. He is also responsible for maintenance and cleanup of the Designated Smoking Area  as needed. This includes a weekly check and cleanup the year round, and daily checks and cleanup when the area is frequently used during the warm summer months during the pool and backyard barbecue season. Since the entire back half of the property including the Designated Smoking Area is landscaped for privacy, the Houseboy is required to remain naked while Smoking And Vaping and during cleanup (See Rule #93), though optional footwear and a cap or hat is permitted.

Master does not smoke and does not visit the Designated Smoking Area unless summoned to do so, and only when a visit is absolutely necessary. This means the Houseboy is under reduced oversight and supervision at this location. To counterbalance, any Houseboy who enters the Designated Smoking Areaagrees that limited Temporary Master Authority is silently and automatically awarded to whomever is present for the duration of time the Houseboy stays in this area, including the right for anyTemporary Masters to issue commands and instructions pursuant to these rules and to immediately administer or waive Level One Discipline (Rule #71) upon the Houseboy at their sole discretion. As always, Master retains authority to investigate or discipline for unpunished violations at Level Two or higher (if reported after the fact) but Master has no authority to administer nor prevent Level One Discipline which is announced or administered in the Designated Smoking Area since this level of authority was previously transferred away. Disputes among Temporary Masters over how to handle minor issues which take place or are discovered while the Houseboy is in the Designated Smoking Area should be arbitrated by majority vote among those present, with the Houseboy having no right to vote except in case of a tie. Maximum discipline is limited to the Level One Spanking unless deferred and reported to Master for deferral or scheduling.

In the example photo, the Houseboy fires up a cigarette in the Designated Smoking Area while enjoying a cold drink on a warm summer afternoon. Although he is alone and appears to be unsupervised, any visitor could enter the Designated Smoking Area at any time and rightfully claim Temporary Master Authority to deal with minor protocol violations like the wet towel which the Houseboy left on the ground to get dirty. This delegation of authority over minor issues in the Designated Smoking Area allows Master to concentrate on more important things inside the house or off property, so it’s likely that only the Temporary Master and House Boy will ever know whether the towel violation was serious enough to warrant a Level Onedisciplinary spanking, or let off with a warning or even ignored. And just like the classic Las Vegas visitor commercials, what happens in the Designated Smoking Area usually stays in the Designated Smoking Area. Should the Houseboy commit a Level Two or higher violation, the Temporary Master must choose to either waive discipline or reduce it to Level One for immediate action, or report the violation to Master for investigation and follow up.

Nothing in this rule prohibits a Houseboy who does not smoke or vape from visiting others in the Designated Smoking Area during his free or recreational time, but he is subject to the same guidelines for nudity and supervision as a Houseboy who smokes or vapes. Any Houseboy who does not smoke or vape and wishes to avoid cigarette smoke or vapors may request exemption from entering and cleaning the Designated Smoking Area, but also gives up the right to enter and visit others in the Designated Smoking Area for the duration of his exemption. Master agrees not to punish the Houseboy for requesting exemption from entering or cleaning the Designated Smoking Area nor to subject any Houseboy to double jeopardy for violations which a Temporary Master has already administered punishment, waived or reduced.

Rule #93 — Smoking And Vaping — 

Smoking or vaping of cigarettes or e-cigarettes, cannibals, and pipes, or cigars, are prohibited inside Master’s home and outbuildings, and are also prohibited on Master’s property in the pool and yard and all other areas except as noted below. This is a Primary Rule and the Smoking And Vapingprohibition applies equally to the Houseboy and all visitors without exception. For guests who smoke, a Designated Smoking Area (Rule #94-A) is provided at the rear corner of the property with a table and ash trays for butts, with limited seating for the other type of butts, buttocks and bums.

The Houseboy is permitted to access and use the Designated Smoking Area on his free or recreational time, unless another rule or protocol prohibits access or he is instructed not to do so. Any reported Smoking or Vaping attempt by the Houseboy is punishable by spanking and threat of product forfeiture, and actual Smoking Or Vaping will result in loss of smoking privileges for the remainder of the calendar week (Sunday through Saturday at midnight) oran immediate ten swat Level Two Spanking (See Rule #70), except for flagrant safety violations as explained below. Consistent or repeated violations of this nature may be punished up to an immediate Level Four Suspension Or Dismissal.

Any attempted Smoking Or Vaping by a Houseboy while outdoors on Master’s property but not within the Designated Smoking Area is a progressive offense which may Level Up any previous discipline during the seven day calendar week. A Houseboy who violates this protocol while endangering the safety of person or property beyond just second-hand smoke (but not flagrantly) may be subject to Enhanced Discipline.

In the example photo, the Houseboy fires up a cigarette late at night in bed, intentionally breaking the Smoking and Vaping protocol and may be endangering the lives of anyone present including himself. If the Houseboy falls asleep with the lit cigarette, it could start a fire with tragic results. Violations like smoking in bed or while Fueling Vehicles (Rule #129) are particularly egregious and render a House Boy unsuitable for service. If Master awakens and observes the lit cigarette in bed, the Houseboy may be immediately escorted to the property line and temporarily suspended or permanently dismissed from service. If the Houseboy choses instead to sneak outside for a few quick puffs, any risk of discipline won’t jeopardize his continued service, and depending on the day and time of the calendar week might even be as minor as losing his smoking privileges until the seven day week resets at midnight Saturday night. The wise Houseboy who smokes doesn't allow thoughtless craving for Smoking And Vaping to flagrantly jeopardize safety of people or property.

The House Boy is responsible for Using Proper Judgement in notifying visitors of the Smoking and Vaping policy when appropriate, and doing so in a firm yet respectful manner. It is not a violation for a Houseboy who smokes to lead a first-time or infrequent guest to the Designated Smoking Area and to join the visitor for a few minutes before returning to his assigned duties and chores. In inclement weather worse than a warm and light rain, the Houseboy should ask Master to temporarily designate an alternate place for guests to smoke, like the garage or workshop out back.

Protocol for Smoking and Vaping requires Houseboy nudity during this activity, except when off property and smoking with others who are clothed while smoking. A Houseboy who wishes to be a solo smoker when traveling with Master away from home must not only be granted the standard permission to smoke, but is also required to completely undress before lighting up and to remain naked for the duration of his approved smoke break. While the Paramount Rule allows any Houseboy to refuse any instruction to undress where nudity isn’t allowed, a Houseboy who voluntarily undresses just to smoke does so by choice (since he isn’t required to smoke) and he is solely responsible for the consequences of his choice to undress. A wise Houseboy will wait to ask for smoking permission while traveling until he sees another smoker who is clothed, or least feel comfortable at a discreet or isolated outdoor location where the Houseboy’s choice to undress isn’t likely to be seen or to offend others. 

When visiting the private abode of any other person, the Houseboy will assume that Smoking And Vaping is prohibited unless advised differently. As guests, both the Houseboy and Master will respect and comply with the household policies of others, which may include Cultural Differences (Rule #153) and dress code policies or smoking restrictions. The Houseboy will never ask to ‘borrow’ or otherwise solicit Smoking Or Vaping products under any circumstances. The Houseboy is responsible for safely and legally stowing his cigarettes and other recreational products both at home and while traveling, and must request and receive permission to purchase supplies while traveling with Master away from home. 

Rule #92-A — Hair Length and Style

The Houseboy gives up his right to physical privacy at collaring, and the visibility of his body remains under Master’s control at all times. Every decision about what the Houseboy does or does not wear, how his hair is kept or removed, what direction his penis is allowed or required to point, and when he is allowed or not allowed to speak is controlled at all times by Master and these reasonable rules. Master also allows the Houseboy to keep control for himself over one area of his existence, his scalp hair, as a reminder of everything else that he has given up by agreeing to serve.

Every Houseboy maintains the right to determine the length and style of his scalp hair. This includes keeping the Hair Length And Style he has at collaring, and choosing to change hair styles at reasonable intervals. This privilege extends only to the scalp hair, and Master retains the right to remove or otherwise alter the Houseboy’s facial hair, pubic hair, and body hair at any time. Those who choose long or unusual scalp hair styles may be tasked to make temporary changes (like using netting) during food preparation or during travel or other activities where the style or length of scalp hair could be a potential health or safety issue. 

This rule is one of several ways this Master does things differently. Allowing the House Boy to make decisions about a single area of his body actually makes him feel as if he has less control over all the other parts of his body and of his life in general. Master’s friends and visitors find it ironic that the Houseboy is allowed to keep his scalp hair whatever length and style that he wishes, but has little right to determine whether he keeps or loses his pubic hair or to even cover up his flopping penis during exercise time. Any questions about the hair policy are usually directed to the Houseboy to answer for himself.

Arrangements will be made through hair stylists or barbers that Master is friends with for the cutting and styling that is desired by the Houseboy. If the hair professional is unable to come to Master’s home, appointments will be made for after hours off-property so that the Houseboy can remain naked whenever possible. Standard Or Minimal Clothing (Rule #111) will be provided at locations where nudity is not possible.

Hair appointments may be combined to allow other maintenance issues to be tended to at the same time or consecutively. This includes nail care, body-grooming and shaving or similar tasks. The House Boy has No Right To Physical Privacy (Rule #12) during these or any other activity. All appointments are considered to be scheduled duties and chores which the Houseboy must attend and complete, regardless of who may be present and could choose to observe.

Rule #91 — Washing Feet, Ankles and Toes

The Houseboy has a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and periodic chores which he is expected to complete on schedule and according to protocol. These naturally include various cleansing and grooming tasks like showering and washing his hair, and these duties are assigned and scheduled no differently than any other chore or activity. Nudity is required at all times, and for chores which take place in the bathroom area the entry door must remain open with sufficient lighting to allow supervision during the assigned activity.

The Houseboy is required to lather and wash his feet, ankles and toes as part of every shower or bath at home, and as part of any shower or bath when traveling with Master away from home. Outdoor beach and poolside showers are exempt when closed-top footwear is worn, and lathering is not required where soap or body wash is unavailable. At Master’s discretion whether at home or away, the washing of feet, ankles and toes may be required even if a full shower will not take place. Air drying is permitted only when washing takes place outdoors or when a towel is unavailable.. 

In the example photo, Houseboy Mark raises a foot, applying soap while Showering (See index, Rule #16) as Master supervises through the open entry door. Mark is careful to wash between his toes and to dry off thoroughly to avoid the possibility of catching athletes foot or other negative issues. Master doesn’t observe every shower or grooming activity of the Houseboy but does poke his head in occasionally to spot check for protocol compliance, as it would be embarrassing to Master if a guest happens to walk down the hallway and sees the Houseboy taking improper shortcuts during his washing and grooming. 

In the unlikely event discipline is necessary due to a violation of protocol while the Houseboy is wet, punishment may be administered before the Houseboy is permitted to dry off. Hot water will not be wasted or restarted, and if washing needs to be resumed or completed it will be finished using only the available cold water.

Rule #61-A — Uniform Access

​The Houseboy is required to remain naked while at home and on Master’s property, but is issued Minimal Or Standard Clothing (Rule #111) sufficient to comply with local laws and private dress codes when traveling to locations away from home. Since the Houseboy’s ‘uniform’ is defined as his Contemporary Uncovered Epidermis (Rule #1), any action which covers or conceals his nudity at home may be interpreted as a violation of protocol and cause for discipline. Jewelry, a cap or hat, and appropriate footwear are usually optional. The Houseboy is also required to obey detailed bathing and grooming protocols to insure his uniform is maintained in a clean and presentable condition, and to present himself for periodic and random inspections to insure that high standards are maintained.

Protocol for the various washing, grooming and inspections specifies the way a Houseboy must physically present himself to allow access to the uniform parts necessary for the scheduled procedures. These have been chosen for practical reasons, which is why a Houseboy may be instructed to face away from Master and bend over for a Buttocks Inspection, yet stands facing forward for a Stomach Inspection. To ensure that enforcement of all rules may be properly applied, the House Boy is required to provide Uniform Access to any body parts, even when it is necessary to temporarily deviate from established protocol, or for specific parts to be held or moved to provide the visual or physical access necessary for maintenance or examination.

In the example photo, a Houseboy is scheduled to report for inspection prior to scheduled grooming of his pubic hair. Although protocol requires him to report and present his pubic area for examination, the Houseboy arrives with an improper erection which blocks access to the inspection area. Depending on the circumstances and who may be present, the Houseboy may be subject to intervention or discipline, but the fact that he is violating protocol by having the erection can not be used as an excuse by the House Boy to avoid his scheduled inspection, otherwise this would breakdown Master’s authority because the subsequent grooming would need to be postponed, causing a cascade of events resulting in the daily schedule falling irreparably behind. Continuing with inspection is even more important if professional or volunteer Body Sculptors (See below, Rule #150) are expected or present for the grooming, since they are also scheduled on a time critical basis.

To insure that the inspection proceeds as planned, the Houseboy’s erect penis is gently but securely grasped at its base by the scrotum, then tugged downward and held out of the way for the duration of the pubic hair examination. Any discomfort or embarrassment to the Houseboy is his own fault for failure to follow protocol, and shouldn't be considered in determining how to proceed with the inspection and subsequent grooming, though discipline (if warranted) may be postponed until later at Master’s discretion. Fortunately, circumstances like this do not occur frequently, and Master will direct the Houseboy to verbally apologize to anyone present for the distraction and any delay, even if the failure to follow protocol was likely unintentional.

When unexpected circumstances arise, Master will always evaluate the situation to determine if it can be used for serendipitous advantage. One possibility might be measuring the erect penis, with the length and circumference to be included in the demographic data on the Houseboy’s most recent Body Measurement Chart. Erect penis length and circumference is not a statistic that is normally taken nor recorded, but the coincidental opportunity to add this statistic to the Houseboy’s chart alongside his most recent flaccid Penis Measurement (See below, Rule #88) might be appreciated by those who review the Houseboy’s demographic paperwork at a later date. Once again, any embarrassment to the measuree isn’t relevant, since a Houseboy has No Right To Not Be Embarrassed (Rule #317) or he could not serve as a Naked Houseboy in the first place.

Nothing in this rule limits nor restricts any other protocols, such as Dealing With Leakage (See below, Rule #324) nor a guest’s Basic Right To Observe And Comment (See below, Rule #191), and once all inspections and grooming is completed, the Houseboy is dismissed to continue with his regular duties and chores unless disciplinary action has been assigned.

February 29 — Leap Day Exception (Every Four Years)

Since the Houseboy Rules And Protocols are enforced 24 Hours A Day 365 Days A Year and because February 29 is not one of those assigned 365 days, the Naked Houseboy is traditionally escorted to the property line shortly before midnight on February 28 and instructed to return 24 hours later to resume his March 1 duties and chores.

Rule #57 — Spot Cleaning

During the summer season and anytime the prevailing outdoor temperature is 75 degrees or greater, the Houseboy may be instructed to receive Spot Cleaning at any time he is outdoors on Master’s property. The purpose of Spot Cleaning is to quickly and easily make the Houseboy presentable in the event of a spill or some other situation that requires a quick rinse but not necessarily a full shower or bath.

When Spot Cleaning of any body part is ordered by Master, the Houseboy shall immediately complete any task in progress and report to the nearest hose or spray area. Water pressure must be turned at least halfway to the highest possible setting (or sufficiently strong to easily cleanse) unless he is directed otherwise or when doing so would present a health or safety hazard. To save energy, water temperature must always be left at the coldest setting even when warm water is available. Spraying must be applied for a minimum of thirty seconds or until the designated body parts are properly cleaned, regardless of circumstances. Spot Cleaningis considered to be a designated chore and must take place at the time it is instructed, regardless of who may be present and could observe. 

When Spot Cleaning is requested by anyone other than Master, the Houseboy shall attempt to notify Master that a request for cleaning has been made, and Master will then decide whether cleaning is necessary and shall proceed. The Houseboy is not permitted to interrupt Master if a personal task or conversation is in progress. If for any reason Master is busy or does not order within five minutes that Spot Cleaning be cancelled or delayed, the guest’s request that that the House Boy submit to Spot Cleaning shall be considered proper and enforceable and the Houseboy must immediately obey, or he is subject to Level Two Spanking for Disrespect Of A Guest (if reported to Master). 

In the example photo, a Houseboy is instructed to Spot Clean his penis, which accidentally became soiled while showing a guest the garden area. Having observed a spot of dirt on the Houseboy’s body, the visitor directed the Houseboy to perform Spot Cleaning. Since Master happened to be in the bathroom for several minutes at the time that the Houseboy became soiled, this instruction for Spot Cleaning must be obeyed as if it came from Master himself. 

To insure adequate rinsing, the Houseboy may request or accept assistance with Spot Cleaning as long as doing so does not cause a significant delay. Anyone volunteering to assist in spraying or visually examining any body part for proper rinsing shall be considered Temporary Master for the purpose of Spot Cleaning, with the right to order a second round of spraying (if necessary) or to administer a single swat Level One Spankingfor each failure to properly self clean. A Houseboy who refuses assistance and is subsequently determined by Master to have not properly self-cleaned has Disrespected A Guest and is subject to single swat Level Two Spanking to be administered only by Master. An additional swat may be added for each witness to the disrespectful act.

Rule #49 - Over The Pillow Spanking

The Houseboy is required to remain naked at home regardless of who may be present and could observe. He tends to all required duties and chores in this unique ‘uniform’ which must be kept in a clean and presentable condition, just like any other type of uniform would be maintained. Appropriate footwear is usually optional. 

Houseboys are also subject to discipline for violations of protocol or failure to meet expectations. These punishments range from a simple Verbal Warning or Level Zero Punishment like writing sentences or making an apology, all the way up to the harshest Level Four Suspension Or Dismissal (See Rule #173) whether naked or not. In practice, most punishment ranges between Level One and Level Three, and is administered by disciplinary spanking on the Houseboy’s bare bottom, with the most common spanking administered bare hand and Over The Knees (Rule #158).

An alternative method for administering a disciplinary spanking is Over The Pillow, as shown in the example photo. This position is appropriate for discipline at either the bare handed Level One Spanking or when an implement like a measuring stick or paddle is required following a Level Two Violation, and is usually carried out on the Houseboy’s bed or a similar soft piece of furniture like a couch or air mattress. Nudity is required for the Houseboy, though the optional socks may remain in place at Master’s discretion. Since the Houseboy has No Right To Physical Privacy (See below, Rule #12), this discipline may take place regardless of who is present and could observe.

Protocol for an Over The Pillow Spanking requires the Houseboy to first assume a kneeling position on the assigned piece of furniture, and then to carefully lean forward over a pair of pillows which have been positioned to insure that the target area for the spanking — his bare buttocks — are raised upward and higher than any other part of his body, with his penis and testicles substantially visible from behind. The Houseboy’s hands should be placed forward with fingers interlocked or grasping onto the bed frame or mattress edge. A Houseboy who fails to properly position his penis and testicles will have these parts positioned by Master or a volunteer, with two additional swats added to the punishment for failure to follow protocol.

Discipline by Over The Pillow Spanking is conducted only by Master, with attentive and careful swats to the target area to insure that the bare buttocks are spanked while the testicles and other sensitive areas are not directly impacted. Master will call out each swat by number and notify the Houseboy when the spanking concludes so that any Corner Time (See below, Rule #120) or other duties may begin or resume. For safety, a Post Disciplinary Buttocks Inspection (Rule #20-B) may follow discipline, although Reddened Buttocks Are Never An Excuse to delay or avoid any duty or chore (See below, Rule #6).

Responsible and obedient Houseboys should never misbehave nor receive a punishment of this type, and some serv proudly without earning even a single swat for misbehavior. These are the compliant and obedient ‘good houseboys’ who are blessed with a strong inner need to please. Master highly values these special Houseboys. Yet others who serve lack the self control of the ‘good houseboys’ or suffer from laziness or brattiness sometimes do require punishment by spanking. It is always the Houseboy’s own actions and choices which determine whether discipline like an Over The Pillow Spanking is merely a page in the rule book for others to read and laugh about, or whether that page describes a reality that guests may actually some day observe.

Rule #41-A — Participation At Hosted Events (Active)

Master hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including pool parties, barbeques, movie nights, birthday socials, and themed events around holiday periods including Christmas, New Years, Fourth Of July and others. Guests come from all genders and a wide variety of socioeconomic backgrounds but share one common trait: they wear clothing to each event. Sometimes it is swimwear, sometimes it is casual, and occasionally it’s a formal event and time to play ‘dress up’., but the guests always wear clothing. 

The Houseboy is not permitted to wear clothing or covering. This unique uniform makes him easy to find for refreshment service, valet, or whatever duties he is assigned or may be summoned to tend to. Appropriate footwear and a cap or hat are permitted for most occasions. Invitees are notified in advance that the Houseboy does not wear clothing, so that anyone who may be uncomfortable has ample opportunity to decline the invitation. Visitors are also reminded on arrival via temporary signage asking them to leave if nudity offends them.

The Houseboy is required to be aware of and obey all rules and protocols, while tending to his assigned duties and chores and making the guests comfortable. He is the ambassador to Master’s home and must act with courtesy at all times. While the Houseboy is never required to obey an instruction to do anything illegal or dangerous, he also isn’t permitted to delay or avoid any duty or activity to reduce his exposure to others. As the Houseboy he has No Right To Physical Privacy (See below, Rule #12) and anything less than full participation may subject him to loss of privileges or disciplinary action, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

In the example photo, guests participate in backyard games during a summertime birthday party. At the request of a visitor, Master volunteers the Houseboy to participate with the other competitors in a hands-free eating contest. It doesn’t matter that this will temporarily expose his buttocks and anus to those observing from behind. The Houseboy silently bends over without whining or complaint, knowing that anything less than full participation will leave his exposed buttocks in the perfect position for an immediate and humiliating disciplinary spanking. 

Violations which involve Disrespect Of A Guest may bring punishment at Level Two using an implement like a shoe or a paddle, with additional swats to be administered for each guest who was disrespected. In the example pictured, this potentially includes every participant in the eating contest and every spectator who is deprived of the opportunity to observe the event to its conclusion. Obeying the rules and protocols, even when they cause brief or unexpected embarrassment, is always a better choice and always the behavior expected by Master. 

The conduct and demeanor of a Houseboy reflects positively or negatively on the authority and training instilled by Master.  Gentlemanly behavior and the use of only Appropriate Terminology (See below, Rule #123) is required when interacting with guests. When two or more Houseboys are assigned to serve at a Hosted Event, one will be designated as Alpha (See below, Rule #285) and shall have authority over and be responsible for the conduct of the beta(s). Alpha and Beta Houseboys will be issued stick-on name tags or wear different colored socks or Bow Ties (See below, Rule #286) so that they can be individually identified.

Rule #38 — Automotive Fluid (Check and Fill)

The Houseboy is required to carry out a variety of duties and chores. These include daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal chores, as well as other duties that are required on-demand or when external conditions mandate. The Automotive Fluid (Check And Fill) is both an on-demand chore and a weekly scheduled duty which the Houseboy must carry out in daylight hours, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

The Houseboy is responsible for checking the fluid levels — including motor oil and washer fluid — on each vehicle at home and to properly top off these fluids when needed. A stock of motor oil, washer fluid, transmission and brake fluids are maintained in the garage and should be added to the weekly shopping list when stock runs low. Contrary to claims by one infamous house guest, there is no such thing as Blinker Fluid. Household vehicles are usually parked off-street in privacy, so the Houseboy should remain naked during this activity, regardless of who may be visiting and could observe. A pair of work gloves and a funnel are stored near the fluids, and the Houseboy is permitted to use these along with wearing appropriate footwear and a cap or hat if he wishes to do so.

Automotive Fluid (Check And Fill) may be combined with other vehicle maintenance, including windshield cleaning and tire pressure checks, for expedience or ease of scheduling. The Houseboy may be required to perform Automotive Fluid (Check And Fill) away from home if a potential issue occurs with a vehicle in which the Houseboy is a driver or passenger. He is not required to remove clothing in these circumstances, but he is also prohibited from adding or installing any clothing or covering, other than necessary safety equipment including gloves. A clear Raincoat Or Rainwear(Rule #166) may be worn outdoors at home in inclement weather during any automotive service.

Weekly Automotive Fluid (Check And Fill) does not apply to unlicensed or inoperable vehicles, recreational vehicles like motor homes and boats during the off season, or motorcycles that a Houseboy is not licensed to operate. Master will issue special instructions when these vehicles need fluid checks or other light maintenance. Additional vehicle maintenance like Tire And Wheel Wash(See below, Rule #278) are covered under separate protocols. The Houseboy is required to properly clean up and return or dispose of all supplies after use, and is subject to physical inspection or Spot Cleaning (See below, Rule #57) as needed. Any House Boy who inquires about, or attempts to locate, purchase, research information about, or actually use Blinker Fluid is subject to an immediate Laugh Position Spanking (See preview), regardless of who may be present and could observe. All other violations of this rule are punishable at Level One each, subject to the Cumulative Violation Rule (See Index, Rule #100).

Rule #36 — Applying Sunscreen And Skin Protectant

The Houseboy is provided a selection of over-the-counter medications to use as needed. These include sunscreens and other lotions designed to protect or moisturize the skin. Application and use of these topicals is permitted in an assigned bathroom area as needed. Protocol requires the entry door remain open to allow for proper supervision unless instructed otherwise, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

During seasonal activities under the warm sunshine while working outside or enjoying recreational activities in the pool area, the Houseboy is responsible for protecting his skin from damage through sun exposure. He will be provided outdoor access to suitable lotions or other sunscreen products to reduce his risk of overexposure, and will apply sunscreen or lotion when instructed or needed. Re-application of sunscreen may be necessary after swimming or other water exposure, and the Houseboy must use good judgement and take seriously the observations of others regarding his risk of exposure and need to apply or re-apply sun protectant products.

When guests are also present in the pool or outdoor areas, the Houseboy is required to exercise discretion when applying lotions and sunscreen products outdoors, to avoid behavior which may be misinterpreted as being sexually suggestive. For this reason, self-application of sunscreen or lotion to his penis, scrotum, perineum or anal halo is prohibited without specific authorization by Master, except by hands-free spray application. The Houseboy is permitted to politely ask Master, “Should I apply sunscreen anywhere?” and Master will respond yay or nay along with what body parts need protection and instructions about how to proceed (and where). This discretion is provided as a courtesy to sensitive guests but grants No Right To Physical Privacy (See below, Rule #12), since the Houseboy is subject to supervision during any duty or chore.

In public areas like beaches and other outdoor venues where the Houseboy is fully or partially dressed, he is permitted to apply lotions and sunscreen to any uncovered part of his body, so long as the appropriate product is available. Master will make all other decisions related to application of product on skin that is covered by clothing. A Houseboy is always permitted to accept, but never request, assistance in applying sunscreen and topicals to hard-to reach locations on the back side of his body, and should return the favor if asked to do so.

In the example photo, a Houseboy is preparing to sunbathe on the veranda during his recreational time, and applies lotion to protect his sensitive skin from the hot and dry summer sun. If guests were present, he would be prohibited from applying the lotion to his genital areas, but since he is alone this is not an issue. Authorization to apply sunscreen, however, must be consistent with protection from from sun exposure only, and can not be used as an opportunity to commit any act of Unauthorized Masturbation (Rule #332-A). Houseboys who have not properly showered or rinsed after using sunscreen products are not permitted to sit or lay upon cloth, fabric, leather, vinyl or carpeted surfaces indoors (including those inside any vehicle) without permission.

Nothing in this rule shall restrict or prohibit Master or a caregiver from applying Sunscreen Or Skin Protectant to a Houseboy who is injured or ill at home or away, or is recovering from illness or injury at home or on Master’s property, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

Rule #35 — Volunteer Work
 

The Naked Houseboy’s primary responsibilities are at home serving Master and tending to guests and required chores, though a Houseboy who wishes to work or attend classes outside the home may do so. Any Houseboy with an interest in becoming a volunteer or otherwise serving his physical or virtual community by donating labor or skills is also permitted.
 

A Houseboy may use any Special Privileges (Rule #220) or recreational time for non-sexual volunteer work outside the home, providing it does not conflict with major responsibilities like special events or chores which can not be rescheduled. Master must be aware of and approve the Volunteer Work to be performed, and preference will be given to activities which allow or encourage the Houseboy to participate in Volunteer Work while naked or nearly naked (like footwear only). For approved volunteer work, the Houseboy is permitted to use a house vehicle for transportation, subject to the usual rules for vehicle usage and safe driving.
 

In the photo example, the Naked Houseboy wants to play on a community soccer team, but the team isn’t in need of another player and instead offers the Houseboy a volunteer position as groundskeeper during practices until an their is an opening to play. This soccer team has a tradition of making the ‘newbies’ participate in antics which involve nudity, and informs the new groundskeeper that if he wants a chance to play on the team that his groundskeeping position requires nudity (except for footwear) at its private practices in order to pass ‘initiation’. Only later the Houseboy learns that the coach and Master happens to be good friends and the unusual nudity mindfuck was arranged in advance.
 

The Houseboy is never required to be naked except where legal or traditional, but at this isolated soccer field which is fenced on private property, the manager of the team also own the ground that the field sits on and has the right decide to determine its dress code however he wants, and chooses to require any groundskeeper doing Volunteer Work to do so wearing footwear and nothing else. Soon the Houseboy will be earn a uniform and qualify to play in an actual game, but you can bet he will still be required to shower naked even if he is the only one doing so. This might not be baseball, but Master has all his bases covered.. or uncovered... as the case may be.

Rule #32 — Use Of Spotter While Bench Pressing

Each Houseboy undergoes a personal fitness evaluation and is assigned exercise and fitness activities that are consistent with his needs, physical abilities, age, and mutual goals with Master. Some Houseboys are assigned one or more types of weightlifting and others are not, but every Houseboy has access to weights for recreational lifting either at home or at Master’s friend’s, or at a nearby gym. 

No Houseboy is permitted to engage in bench pressing barbells without a spotter, regardless of circumstance. When a spotter is not assigned by Master or readily available, the Houseboy is required to ask Master or another responsible person to spot. The favor must be returned if the spotter also wishes to lift. 

Nothing in this rule excuses the Houseboy from required nudity at home or at any location where nudity is permitted, and nothing in this rule requires nudity where it is not legal or traditional. At private residences where the Houseboy is accompanied by Master, the determination of dress code is always the decision of the homeowner or renter. Both the Houseboy and spotter must keep horseplay to a minimum at all times and circumstances. 

In the example photo, the Houseboy appears to be momentarily distracted by his spotter, who accidentally brushes his shorts up against the Houseboy’s  face while reaching to assist in securing the weights. Both parties should be careful to minimize future distractions to avoid injury or damage to property.  Violations by the Houseboy may be punished up to a Level Two Spanking (Rule #70) for not heeding safety protocols, even if the spotter is equally responsible for the violation. A spotter who is primarily responsible for safety violations may be prohibited from spotting again if Master is not satisfied that the spotter is able and responsible to do so. A spotter is not required when the Houseboy is lifting fixed weight dumbbells (Rule #51).

Rule #21 — Naked Pizza Delivery

Master enjoys fine dining and the better things in life.

Master also enjoys pizza.

Pizza is Master’s junk food pleasure, and the Houseboy will be assigned to order pizza at random times and often on short notice, especially when house guests are present or expected, even when the Houseboy is unaware of who may be invited or expected to visit. Naked Pizza Delivery is traditional here. 

Houseboys who are licensed to drive will be required to order and pickup pizzas and other to-go refreshments on an as needed basis. The Houseboy will be permitted Standard Clothing (a shirt and pants or shorts without underwear) for this task, and to comply with health regulations that may require footwear at locations that cook and serve food. The usual protocol for Getting Dressed (Rule #145-A) must be complied with, and the Houseboy will properly undress when he returns (in a discreet area outside) before ‘delivering’ the pizza and refreshments naked and uncovered to the waiting guests inside. Decorative jewelry and a cap or hat are permitted throughout the process.

Guests who ask to accompany the Houseboy on a pizza run will be permitted to do so at Master’s discretion. When someone offers to accompany the Houseboy or to drive (with the House Boy as a ride-along), Master will either politely decline the offer or allow the Houseboy to choose whether to make the pizza run alone or accompanied. If the choice of accompanied is selected, the driver of the vehicle (or shotgun seated if the Houseboy is driving) will be considered Temporary Co-Master for the duration of the pizza run, with the appropriate rights and responsibilities according to protocol. This includes the right to report all violations of rules by the Houseboy and, if warranted, a limited right to administer discipline after completion of the trip.

In the example photo, Houseboy Shane returns from a pizza run, undressing outside before carrying the hot lunch indoors for visitors who happened to arrive while he was away. The guests are happy to see him, and one makes a joke about ‘something hot and tasty walking through the door’. A first-time visitor laughs and asks the Houseboy if he always delivers the pizza naked, and Shane gently replies, “Yes, it’s a courtesy thing around here”. The guest laughs again, opening the pizza box with wide eyes and says, “Sweet. I like a little sausage and olives.” Houseboy Shane blushes at the penis reference but is careful not to respond with anything snarky, because doing so could be interpreted as being disrespectful to a guest, which is a Level Two breach of protocol and could bring discipline if a complaint is made.

Master does not permit pizza with dead fish to be brought into his home or any of his vehicles at any time.

No anchovies. 

No dead fish.

It is the Houseboy’s responsibility to insure that no dead fish comes into contact with the pizza prior to serving.

Violation of the dead fish part of this protocol — whether by accident or sabotage  — is punishable with a mandatory Level Three Spanking  for insubordination.

Master’s home is a social place with visitors dropping in frequently, either planned in advance or spontaneously and unexpected. Master sometimes hosts overnight guests during the warm summer travel season, and occasionally in winter when storms make driving hazardous for those already visiting. While some visitors are lifestyle friends who are knowledgeable about the Houseboy’s various Rules And Protocols, others are vanilla yet open minded or as Master calls them: ‘French Vanilla’. Like all who visit, these guests are told that the Houseboy may be undressed and not to enter if male nudity offends them, but they may assume that Master’s ‘helper’ is simply a home nudist or naturist or is carrying out some type of a dare or wager, rather than figuring out that he is a Houseboy who is subject to strict protocols and specified consequences and discipline. 

Master discreetly monitors the demeanor and body language of every house guest for any signs of heightened curiosity or unusual interest in the Houseboy, just as as Master also supervises the Houseboy for issues that may require reprimand or discipline. When these two things coincide, Master may choose to enforce the Rules And Protocols more strictly or use the moment as an opportunity to assist the Houseboy in ‘coming out’, by allowing more information to be revealed about the rules, protocols and home environment.

Master has the right at all times to verbally or non-verbally choose to reveal information about the Houseboy’s status as a collared subordinate who is subject to rules, protocols, punishments, and consequences. Master is not required to consider or mitigate any potential embarrassment that may be brought upon the House Boy as a result of information disclosure. Master may at any time make changes to home furnishings and fixtures and may purposely or ‘accidentally’ allow information to ‘slip’ or otherwise be revealed, and may allow others to pass on or share that information if they choose to do so. 

Although not every guest will be aware of the full nature of the Houseboy’s relationship and service to Master or the reason for the nudity, every guest does have the right to learn these facts at Master’s discretion, and Master always has the right to reveal and disclose these things. Just as important, the Houseboy never has a right to reveal sensitive information to ‘French vanilla’ guests without Master’s permission unless required specifically by rule or protocol. Doing so is insubordinate because it could be disruptive to Master’s social and professional relationships, and is punishable up to or including Level Four Suspension Or Dismissal (See Index, Rule #173).

In the example photo, Master uses a burning device to mark a wooden spoon with the words ‘This Side For Scooping’,  hanging  the spoon on display near the kitchen stove. The opposite side of the cooking spoon is burned with the phrase ‘This Side For Spanking’ and is hidden from view. When the time and circumstance is right, Master discreetly turns the spoon around or orders the House Boy to flip the spoon over to allow it to be seen. Master then waits for the spoon to be discovered by a curious house guest, which leads to stifled laughter when the guest raises the spoon and asks loudly, ‘Who is this used to spank?’ Master then admonishes the Houseboy with the threat of discipline over some previously unreported protocol violation, which generates laughter and follow up questions about the Houseboy’s status and circumstances.

Whether or not Master acts to disclose or reveal information about the Houseboy’s Rules and Protocols, Master always retains the right to respond honestly and completely to questions from a curious guest (and to require the Houseboy to respond to these questions directly) even if doing so causes a chain of events that may fully reveal the Houseboy’s status and rules or which leads to a demonstration of the Houseboy’s obligations and protocols. This includes his submission to physical inspections and performing any duty or chore including disciplinary procedures. While the Houseboy’s health and safety will always be assured and protected, there is No Right To Not Be Embarrassed (See Index, Rule #107-A) because such a policy would infringe on Master’s right to freedom of speech and the guest’s Basic Right To Observe And Comment (See Index, Rule #191).

Rule #13 — Chauffeur and Driving Responsibilities

Houseboys who are licensed to drive will be assigned Chauffeur And Driving Responsibilities at Master’s scheduling and instruction. This includes driving with or without Master as a passenger for errands and shopping. One day per week is designated for grocery shopping, with purchases to be made from a list of needed items. Another day each week is designated for non-grocery purchases which are available at retail outlets like Target. The Houseboy will usually make these shopping trips alone, though Master may accompany newly collared Houseboys to provide guidance with brand and size preferences. If Master chooses to drive, the Houseboy may be assigned a secondary chore like making dinner reservations or completing another needed task. 

Driving responsibilities may also include occasional or unscheduled errands like mailing a package, purchasing items between scheduled shopping days, or Naked Pizza Delivery (See Index, Rule #21). The Houseboy may be instructed to pick up, drop off, or otherwise chauffeur somebody else locally at Master’s instruction. Examples of this include picking up friends at the airport, or rescuing another Houseboy with whose vehicle is in the shop or broke down. A Houseboy may also be assigned to chauffeur Master for out of area vacation or holiday travel to beaches, resorts and similar venues.

Weekly grocery and non-grocery shopping usually takes 1-2 hours each, and the Houseboy will be excused from other duties at home during these trips. Master will provide sufficient clothing or covering to meet all dress codes for the expected shopping venues, though nudity may still be required on Master’s property when coming or going. The Houseboy is not permitted to wear underclothing or underwear while off property unless specific permission is granted or authorized by separate protocol.

Valet Service is included in the House Boy’s Chauffeur And Driving Responsibilities, and he may be required to assist visitors with parking of vehicles at home events like pool parties and barbeques, and to shuttle vehicles on and off the property for miscellaneous tasks like a backyard car wash or to free up on-street parking. The Houseboy will carry and use a towel for seating on guest vehicles. Nudity is otherwise required during Valet Service, though the Houseboy is permitted Minimal Clothing (Rule #111) to remain legal when he needs to wander within view of or onto the public street. Appropriate footwear is optional when driving.

Default protocol when leaving the property calls for the Naked Houseboy to first place his assigned clothing inside the designated vehicle. When the Houseboy is ready to actually drive off the property, he then moves the vehicle to the furthest point where nudity can not be observed from off the property, and then exits the vehicle to properly dress for departure. Upon return, the protocol is reversed with the Houseboy temporarily parking the vehicle at the first point where he can not be seen from the street, then undressing and stowing his clothing in the vehicle, before moving it to the final parking place and going inside. During inclement weather, the Houseboy is permitted to dress and undress in the back seat of the vehicle, but never in the front seat because doing so could accidentally knock the vehicle into gear. Master may designate exceptions to this protocol at his discretion.

The proper use of safety belts is required at all times when operating a vehicle on a public street or right of way, and at all times when operating any vehicle not registered to Master or the Houseboy himself. Persons who are designated as Temporary Masters are not permitted to override nor excuse safety belt requirements. The Houseboy is not subject to discipline when a safety belt causes him to violate the Nudity Rule (Rule #1) by partially or substantially covering or concealing his genitalia. Smoking and Vaping  (Rule #93) is prohibited in all vehicles without the specific permission of Master, the vehicle owner, and all occupants. Side trips while driving which are necessary due to highway construction or detours will not be considered Unnecessarily Wasting Energy (Rule #250), but stops and side trips for recreational purposes must be provisionally approved in advance or authorized by protocol.

Rule #12 — No Right To Physical Privacy

The Houseboy shall have No Right To Physical Privacy during any activity while at home or anywhere on Master’s property at any time. This includes carrying out all duties and chores and obeying any commands or instructions. 

Any privacy that the Houseboy is allowed shall only be when specifically authorized by rule or at the determination or request of Master, or through the action or inaction of visitors who choose to exercise either their right to supervise or not to supervise the Houseboy during a specified activity. The fact that the Houseboy doesn’t have the right to physical privacy does not necessarily mean that the Houseboy won’t be alone during certain activities, just that Master and others have the right to supervise if they wish to do so.

At home and on Master’s property, the Houseboy has no right  to conceal his physical self, including each and every exterior body part and each and every bodily function, regardless of who may be present and could observe. Any request by a Houseboy for physical privacy is considered a privilege and not a right, and Master may grant or deny these requests without further recourse.

So that there is no confusion about enforcement of this rule, when the Houseboy is at home or on Master’s property he specifically has no right  to privacy during any and all of the following activities:

— Any scheduled or unscheduled duty or chore

— Any instruction or command by Master or his designee

— Any obedience or disobedience to any instruction, rule, or protocol

— Any activity relating to eating or drinking of any substance

— Any physical activities including exercise and fitness

— Any activity that takes place in the bedroom or bathroom

— Any activity that takes place in any common area of the home or property

— Any activity or inactivity that takes place during sleep or rest periods

— Any discipline or punishment whether physical or otherwise

— Any physical inspection of any body part or parts

— Any physical evaluation of any bodily function or functions

— Any use, application, or removal of any physical restraint

— Any use, application, or removal of jewelry, accessories, or chastity device

— Any use or application of medicines, including ointments and creams

— Any use or application of other topicals, including suntan lotion and moisturizers

— Any washing or grooming activity or prep, whether assisted or solo

— Any health maintenance, including examinations, enemas, and wellness

— Any physical contact of any kind with Master or anyone else

— Any recreational activity, whether or not he is excused from any or all other duties

— Any time while traveling with or at the direction of Master or these rules off property

— Any time privacy has been granted and permission rescinded

These rules and protocols are enforceable at any time of day or night — 365 days a year — whether visitors are present or not. All visitors are notified before entering Master’s home that the Houseboy may be undressed and they are not to enter if male nudity offends them. Still, reactions may vary and some guests will be unaware of the full rules, protocols, and relationship. Master may, at his option, grant or instruct the Houseboy to carry out any of the above activities in private, but Master is under no obligation to do so.

Master has the right to post or remove — or instruct any Houseboy to post or remove — a sign or signs similar to the one pictured above. This provides a subtle way for Master to encourage curious guests to inquire about the Houseboy’s rules and protocols, but the lack of a guest’s knowledge of this rule or the lack of a posted sign does not invalidate the rule itself. Master has the right to reveal any rule or protocol — or the entire set of rules and protocols — to any visitor at any time regardless of whatever embarrassment or consequences this may bring upon the Houseboy.

Frequent and regular visitors will naturally be aware of many or all of the rules and protocols, and are encouraged to assist Master in supervising the Houseboy during any activity, and to report suspected violations of protocol. Part-time and temporary Houseboys, including those serving as travel companions, have the right to negotiate specific exceptions to this rule prior to collaring.

Rule #11 — Brushing Teeth

The Houseboy has a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and periodic chores which he is expected to complete on schedule and according to protocol. These naturally include various cleansing tasks like showering and washing his hair, and these duties are assigned and scheduled no differently than any other chore or activity. Nudity is required at all times, and for chores which take place in the bathroom area the entry door must remain open with sufficient lighting to allow supervision during the assigned activity.

The Houseboy is responsible for proper oral care which includes Brushing Teeth, use of mouthwash or an alternative, and avoiding bad breath between meals and snacks. All oral care supplies are provided and are stored in the Houseboy’s assigned bathroom. It is the responsibility of the House Boy to maintain proper stock of needed supplies by adding low-in-stock items to the weekly shopping list for repurchase when necessary. Baking soda will be used as an alternative for toothpaste which becomes out of stock or for a Houseboy who dislikes or is unable to use retail toothpaste products. Floss is available for those who wish to use it.

The Houseboy is required to brush his teeth once daily in the morning or afternoon and once daily between his evening meal and bedtime. This activity may be carried out consecutively or concurrently with other washing and grooming duties like bathing, showering, styling his hair and so forth as long as the use of a clear mirror is available to insure that a visible reflection of mouth and gums is maintained for self-check and supervision. Like any duty or chore, the Houseboy is subject to inspection and re-do or discipline for failure to meet expectations. In the unlikely event a Mouth Inspection is necessary, he may be instructed to remain naked and Report (See below, Rule #211) for examination to a roomier common area of the home, regardless of who may be present and could observe. Follow up inspections of other body parts, such as the scalp after hair washing, may be combined for Master’s convenience.

In the example photo, a Houseboy is seen looking into the bathroom mirror while Brushing Teeth after the morning meal. Depending on the day’s schedule and the preference of the Houseboy, he may wait to brush until after lunch and only gargle with mouthwash to maintain good breath in the morning hours. There is no rule against brushing more often than required, and a Houseboy who wishes to brush after every meal is permitted to do so. Master may also instruct that a supplemental brushing be done at any time. This Houseboy has obviously completed his morning shower and is properly dried off with hair combed, and will soon be ready to carry out his assigned chores or greet any visitors who may arrive for a visit. He will brush again in the evening as required.

Houseboys are permitted to use supplemental oral care devices like electric toothbrushes or water-flossers if they wish to do so, though Master does not provide these devices. Toothpaste and a brush along with a personal size mouthwash will be packed for overnight travel which originates and ends at Master’s home.

Rule #8 — Clasp Hands Command

The Clasp Hands Command  requires the Houseboy to immediately place both of his hands behind his neck with fingers interlocked and then wait for further instructions. Immediate obedience is expected whether the Houseboy is at home or away, regardless of who may be present and could observe. A neutral or friendly expression is appropriate while waiting for instructions. Master generally issues this command prior to a Full Body Inspection (See Index Below, Rule #16) or an announcement of discipline, but it may also precede instructions for any other duty or chore.

At home when Master is out of the room or otherwise unavailable, the Clasp Hands Command may be used by any house guest who observes a Houseboy violating a rule or protocol. The Houseboy should be notified of the violation and directed to wait with Clasp Hands while his misbehavior is verbally reported to Master. Alternatively, the guest may report the violation discreetly by submitting a Request For Discipline Form (See Index, Rule #313). 

In the example photo, Master calls a Houseboy to Report (See below, Rule #211) and then instructs him to turn around and face away from an open window. The Houseboy’s naked backside is now visible from Master’s front walkway but not from any neighbor’s homes or the street out front, thanks to some creative landscaping. It’s a rainy afternoon and guests will be arriving shortly, including another Master who will be visiting with a newly collared submissive. The presentation of this House Boy — bare ass naked with Clasp Hands and waiting for a surprise Full Body Inspection — sets a visual mood for the day’s activities even before the arriving guests have a chance to ring the front doorbell.

Rule #7 — Lockout Protocol (Home Entry)

The Houseboy is furnished a house key for access to and from Master’s home, and there is a combination access for indoor secure storage for his ID and valuables. It is the responsibility of the Houseboy to secure and safeguard his access keys at all times whether he is at home or away.

When the Houseboy is without key access, Lockout Protocol requires removal of his off-property clothing before requesting or accepting assistance to the indoor space, regardless of who may be present and could observe. Since all exterior doorways and windows are hidden from street view and nearby homes, the Houseboy should have already made key access and undressed had the key been available, so he is responsible for complying with the Nudity Rule (See Index, Rule #1) prior to requesting or accepting entry assistance.

While Lockout Protocol requires the Houseboy to undress as noted above, he should also remember that Master and guests have the right to provide Uniform Assistance (See Index, Rule #61-B) to remove the Houseboy’s clothing when required, so any forgetfulness or hesitation by the Houseboy could result in his sudden and unannounced depantsing, regardless of possible embarrassment or accidental damage to the textiles themselves.

In the example photo, a temporary House Boy reports for weekend service but has forgotten his access key and hastily removes his off-property clothing before yelling for Master’s attention beyond an upstairs window. Eventually the Houseboy is allowed inside, only to receive a Level One Disciplinary Spanking (See Index, Rule #71) for failing to remember his access key. An additional Level One Spanking added for allowing his clothing to become dirty when he drops them instead of attempting to fold them or otherwise keep them clean.

Houseboys who lose an access key where it can’t be recovered (such as dropped down a storm drain or into a pond) are subject to an additional Level Two Spanking (See Index, Rule #70) for key loss or retrieval. Should a lost key is at risk of being found or used by someone unauthorized and Master chooses to re-key the lock, the Houseboy is subject to a minimum Level Three Discipline using an implement of Master’s discretion (See Index, Rule #19). Whenever a third party contacts Master for Houseboy entry (whether from on the property or elsewhere), the third party will be given the option of administering a separate Level One Spanking to the Houseboy for causing unnecessary inconvenience.

Rule #6 — Reddened Buttocks Never An Excuse

Houseboys are assigned a variety of duties and chores on a regular and periodic basis, and are subject to a range of punishment for misbehavior or failure to meet expectations. The most common discipline is by spanking of the bare bottom. The Houseboy is never permitted to use Reddened Buttocks as an excuse to resist, delay, or avoid any subsequent duty or chore regardless of circumstances. 

Master acknowledges that there may be times when a house guest may be present who is unfamiliar with the discipline rules, and happens to observe a Houseboy with Reddened Buttocks going about his duties and chores — and that the unexpected sight of pinkish butt cheeks may generate curiosity or questions — and Master has pre-determined that in these circumstances the proper discipline and training of a Houseboy outweighs the temptation to censor the viewing of the Reddened Buttocks of any Houseboy who misbehaves and receives a disciplinary spanking. Likewise, if this causes embarrassment or humiliation, it should serve as a lesson to those who misbehave that the consequence of failing to meet expectations can continue behind the actual punishment itself.

Whenever any visitor is present and brings to Master’s attention with concern or curiosity that a Houseboy has Reddened Buttocks — and the guest is unaware of the preceding disciplinary spanking — Master may instruct the Houseboy to report for a Buttocks Inspection to determine if over-the-counter treatment such as antiseptic or ointment is needed. Master may also ask the visitor who made the report to assist or observe the inspection and help determine if topical medication is needed, as this will help place the visitor’s mind at ease about the condition and treatment of the House Boy.

Any guest who questions Master about the reason for a Houseboy having Reddened Buttocks will only be told that he has misbehaved, and if the Houseboy is asked directly he is expected to respond in the same way. Follow-up questions to the Houseboy should always be referred to Master, unless the person asking the question correctly speculates on the reason that the spanking was administered. Any guest who — after seeing a Houseboy with Reddened Buttocks — asks Master directly about the HouseBoy’s rules and discipline will be permitted to view the rules in their entirety, regardless of any embarrassment this disclosure may cast upon the Houseboy.

Regular and repeat visitors who are familiar with the Houseboy’s Rules and Protocols may be given details (by Master) of the specific violation, type of discipline, and other sanctions on initial inquiry. This includes the number of swats administered, the Spanking Positions (See Index, Rule #171-C) and implements (if used) and any related data including potential punishment for future similar violations. Guests are encouraged (but never required) to assist supervision of the Houseboy to insure obedience to all Rules and Protocols, and to report violations. Houseboys have No Right To Physical Privacy (See Index, Rule #12) during any activity, regardless of who may present and could observe.

Rule #3 — Recreation Setup

Master hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including pool parties, barbeques, movie nights, birthday socials, and themed events around holiday periods including Christmas, New Years, Birthday Socials and others. At these clothed events the Houseboy must remain naked (since that is his Official Uniform) whether or not he is expected to continue his mundane household chores or is instructed to greet the arriving guests and serve refreshments instead.

Prior to each hosted event, Master will post or inform the Houseboy about planned activities and recreational needs including decoration, setup and placement of furniture and accessories like ping pong tables, karoke machines, basketball nets or hoops, gaming devices and food prep needs or additional chairs. The Houseboy is then responsible for proper safety, setup and testing before guests arrive, and doing with minimal disruption to his normal duties and chores. For larger events where additional assistance may be needed for will be refreshment service, valet duty or other things like cleanup, a Temporary Houseboy may to invited to report a day early and undress for weekend service to assist with whatever is necessary.

In the example photo, two Houseboys work to convert an unused room into a table tennis area for indoor activity during an upcoming pool party. The option of indoor relief from summer provides options for those who sunburn easily, or prefer competitive activities when the pool is being used for social downtime. After the Houseboys complete the table tennis setup, they take advantage of the required “testing of the equipment” and enjoy a few games of ping pong themselves before moving in to other duties.  They may also use the same excuse after the event before they disassemble and storing the table tennis equipment, though they must be careful not to miss any scheduled household chores, since ping pong paddles make an effective disciplinary implement for their bare bottoms should they fail to meet expectations.

Houseboys must adhere to all safety guidelines during any Recreation Setup and use, including instructions from the equipment manufacturers including electrical cord placements, safe lifting techniques and that water and electricity should not mix. Equipment which may be used for competitive gaming must be assembled and displayed with fair and honest gaming in mind, and would not intentionally give unfair advantage to any participant is in violation of the No Cheating Policy (See Index, Rule #39).  Master may also direct that any Houseboy retrieve and display the Twister Layout (See Index Rule #152) is normally stored in the boy’s bedroom to a suitable location so it will be available to guests as a backup activity.

Rule #154-N — Objectification As A Note Board

The Naked House Boy may be Objectified As A Note Board at any time, and he must obey any instruction to Objectify without hesitation or delay, though the posting and delivery of the notes themselves and the preparation and cleanup of the Objectified Note Board are the responsibility of those using the notes and Objectified Note Board  themselves.

Rules And Protocols — Enforcement And Compliance

The Naked House Boy is subject to supervision and compliance 24 Hours A Day, 365 Days A Year. House Boy in-service training is full time and continuous at the rate of one rule daily, totaling 365 individual lessons which are the combined 365 Rules And Protocols Handbook.

Annual rule changes and updates are enforced precisely at Midnight each New Years Eve, and those in-service on that day must remember that some rules and protocols in the current year may be violations in the New Year, or vice-versa.

House Boys who are actively in-service on February 28 during any Leap Year are temporarily dismissed from service and are traditionally ‘escorted’ to the property line shortly before midnight, because the Official Rules And Protocols are only enforced 365 Days a Year. February 29 is not one of those assigned 365 Days of enforcement nor training.

A House Boy who makes prior arrangement for clothing, transportation or lodging in advance won’t be caught off guard in the Leap Day Exception. A House Boy who fails to remember the Rules And Protocolsexpiration at midnight on February 28 may have a final chance for Minimal Clothing and grab the Emergency Underwear (Rule #55) as he is ‘escorted’ to the property line before the clock strikes midnight. Should he delay due to confusion or circumstance and midnight arrives before he installs the tighty-whities, the Emergency Underwear rule expires just like the other 364 rules, so Minimal Clothing may not be available because no numbered Rules And Protocols apply until the following midnight. 

As a courtesy to House Boys and visitors, Master traditionally posts this notice as a reminder on December 31 of each year, and this notice will include mention of the Leap Day Exemption prior to the start of any Leap Year. No further reminders are required, so make a note.

Rule #150-A — Body Sculptors

Professional or volunteer Body Sculptors may be brought in from time to time to maintain the body hair standards which are established for each individual House Boy. Master does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, ethnicity, or physical disability in the selection of Body Sculptors. The House Boy will be notified sufficiently in advance so that he can present himself clean, completely naked from head to toe, and ready to be shaved or smoothed at the scheduled time and location in Master’s home. When weather conditions permit, an outdoor location in the pool or patio area may be chosen for this activity. Since the House Boy has No Right To Privacy during any duty or chore (See below, Rule #12), the scheduled shaving or smoothing will proceed regardless of who may be present and could observe.

In the example photo, a Body Sculptor carefully shaves the buttocks and scrotum while an assistant holds the House Boy still for his safety. Those who are tasked with Body Sculpting are considered ‘Temporary Master’ with authority to administer Level One Discipline and the House Boy is expected to follow instructions so that preparation, positioning, and proper shaving or smoothing may take place. This authority continues through the cleanup phase and any follow up shaving or smoothing, if necessary. While the House Boy is permitted to engage in casual conversations unless instructed to remain silent, he should not cause unnecessary distraction through movement or complaints about trivial preferences like cold hands and implements or the particular positioning and view of any body part to a visitor who happens to be present. 

In the unlikely event that a complaint is made to Master because a House Boy is disrespectful or fails to cooperate with the reasonable instructions of any Body Sculptor, discipline must be escalated to a Level Two Spanking to be administered with an implement like a belt or paddle after shaving is finished, since Master gave away the right to approve or prevent bare handed Level One Spankings for these types of violations. As always, insubordination to Master is a Level Three Violation and punishable immediately, using an implement after the House Boy is safely restrained. It should be noted that discipline beyond a quick bare hand swat or two for a minor transgression is very rare, due to severity of the potential consequences.  

Each full-time House Boy is evaluated prior to collaring for several characteristics. One of these is appropriateness of body hair. The evaluation takes into account his body measurements and overall look, the color and thickness of his body and pubic hair, and Master’s impressions of the House Boy’s visual attractiveness either with body hair or without. Options include something in-between, like close-crop trimming or partial shaving of just the public or anal-genital areas. About fifty percent of full-time House Boys are assigned shaving of all body hair from armpits to ankles, and any applicant should be prepared for this possibility. 

Day to day shaving and smoothing of body hair is the House Boy’s responsibility, unless the use of an outside Body Sculptor or volunteer is authorized. All self-grooming takes place in the House Boy’s bathroom with the door to remain open to allow for proper supervision. House Boys serving part time or temporarily will be granted an automatic exemption from this rule on request, and may retain all body hair. They are still subject to Body Hair Inspections at any time, along with mandatory trimming or temporary removal of any body hair which is determined to pose a health or safety risk. An example of this would be an insect bite or scratch where body hair temporarily interferes with the ability to sterilize it with antiseptic or securely apply a bandage.

Master welcomes offers of assistance with any of the House Boy’s duties and chores, when time and circumstances permit. For safety reasons, assistance with shaving and grooming is not permitted unless the volunteer has previously observed the House Boy being similarly groomed. Offers of assistance with shaving and smoothing should be directed to Master and not the House Boy, and only Master has the right to approve or reject these offers of assistance. Physical contact between Body Sculptors and the House Boy is limited to that which is necessary to carry out the specific activities described in this rule.

The House Boy may be required to submit to shaving or smoothing as part of an Educational Initiative (Rule #119) even when Body Sculpting is not needed or previously scheduled. Body Sculpting which takes place off property is covered under separate protocols, as is cutting of the facial hair and scalp. For scalp hair, Master permits all House Boys to determine their own Hair Length And Style (See below, Rule #92) as a reminder of everything else they have given up by agreeing to serve. This includes the right to privacy, the right to wear clothing, the right to freedom of speech, and the right to avoid embarrassment and physical exposure.

Rule #286-A — Wearing Of Bow Ties

The Naked House Boy may be required to wear a bow tie while serving at home events like dinner parties or other gatherings. This is not considered a violation of the Nudity Rule as long as the tie is worn at Master’s direction. Master will store and issue a tie of an appropriate color as needed for these events.

When the House Boy is scheduled or instructed to wear a bow tie, he should always install the tie in front of a mirror and then report to Master to ask if the ‘uniform’ meets specifications. Bow ties should always be removed before showering, sleeping, swimming, disciplinary spankings and any cleansing enema, even if the hosted event has not concluded.

The House Boy may also be directed to wear a bow tie in addition to other clothing while away from home while accompanying or chauffeuring Master (or others) or attending formal events. An event may be designated as formal for the House Boy and informal for others at Master’s discretion. The wearing of a bow tie does not necessarily guarantee that a House Boy will be provided a complete outfit to wear, and the wearing of a bow tie with as little as a pair of speedos or shorts may occasionally be assigned. As long as the House Boy is wearing clothing or covering sufficient to meet all dress codes and local laws, Master has the right to determine what the House Boy can and will wear at all times and in all circumstances.

In the example photo, a freshly showered and groomed House Boy installs a black bow tie while Master makes eye contact through the mirror while supervising from behind. It’s important that the neck band lay snugly against the skin without crinkles or folds, since an unprofessional appearance at a formal event reflects negatively on the household and any complaint from a guest could leave Master no choice but to discipline the House Boy, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

The House Boy is required to remain naked at home at all times, except as provided in these rules and protocols. Although he is never required to obey an instruction which is unsafe, illegal or dangerous, he has No Right To Privacy (See below, Rule #12) and may be required to sleep naked and uncovered. Access to a working thermostat is provided for reasonable temperature control during sleep and rest periods, and the wearing of clean socks is optional for those with cold feet or poor circulation. Since the House Boy’s assigned bedroom has no door, he is also subject to supervision 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

When a new House Boy is collared, he will either agree to Sleeping Naked And Uncovered or he will choose Gradual Adjustment Sleep Protocol (‘GASP’) over a six-month grace period. A House Boy selecting GASP is still required to sleep naked and uncovered, but will be permitted use of a top sheet and blankets six days a week during his first month of service. Reliance on coverings will gradually be reduced by restricting the use of top sheet and blankets by one additional day per week in each succeeding month, as described in the schedule below. At the completion of the six-month grace period, Sleeping Naked And Uncovered is required at all times, though the wearing of clean socks remains optional. For the purpose of GASP training, Master may define and designate each ‘month’ as any length of time between 28 and 34 days at his sole discretion, to best dovetail the transition schedule with the actual calendar.

House Boys who take advantage of the six-month grace period are subject to Under Blanket Inspections by Master at any time. This task may be assigned to another House Boy or volunteer for convenience. Any House Boy who has coverings suddenly removed while sleeping or resting will not intentionally react verbally or physically in any way, and is subject to the same protocol and potential discipline as described in the Freeze Command (Rule #204). To discourage improper behavior like Unauthorized Masturbation (Rule #332), the House Boy is prohibited from intentionally keeping hands under the top sheet and blankets for longer than eight consecutive seconds, unless specific permission has been given in advance. The eight second limitation is known as Going To The Rodeo (Rule #251) because the same time limit is used by professional cowboys in competitive bull riding events.

Violation for Going To The Rodeo after a verbal warning may result in discipline ranging from a Level Zero Loss Of Privilege (See below, Rule #174) up to and including a Level One Over The Pillow Spanking (See below, Rule #49) or other Level One Discipline at Master’s discretion. Two warnings will be permitted during a House Boy’s ‘First GASP’ (the first month of his adjustment period), and no verbal warnings will be permitted for a House Boy during his ‘Last Gasp’ (the final month of the gradual adjustment period).

A House Boy who is collared for temporary or seasonal service of less than six months may be assigned a reduced grace period, substituting the term ‘seven day week’ for the word ‘month’ wherever it appears in this protocol. Nothing in this rule is intended to prohibit a visitor from Silent Observation (See below, Rule #297) or any guest’s Basic Right To Observe And Comment (See below, Rule #191).

Note: The House Boy may choose to sleep naked and uncovered during the grace period at any time without penalty. The grace period is designed to allow new House Boys an easier and healthier transition to sleeping naked and uncovered. Any House Boy who fails to use a top sheet and blanket for seven consecutive days during his grace period is deemed to have relinquished his option to continue GASP training, and is required to sleep naked and uncovered on all days.

Rule #191-A — Basic Right To Observe And Comment

The House Boy serves naked while at home and has no right to physical privacy during any activity at any time. This includes carrying out all duties and chores and carrying out all commands and instructions. Any physical privacy that the House Boy is given is only at the desire and instruction of someone else and may be withdrawn at any time. A request by a House Boy for physical privacy is considered a privilege and not a right, and Master may grant or deny these requests for any reason or no reason at all. 

House guests and visitors have the Basic Right To Observe and supervise the House Boy at any time and during any activity, from any angle or location and at any distance whether it be from afar or up close and personal, as long as the observation is physically passive and does not violate any other rule or interfere with the House Boy carrying out his duties and chores. Freedom Of Speech is inherent in any guest’s Basic Right To Observe, which means they also have a Basic Right To Comment and express their thoughts and opinions about the House Boy’s predicament and circumstances. 

Each visitor may choose to observe or interact with the House Boy in his or her own different way, or to completely ignore his presence if they wish to do so. In the example photo, one visitor kneels only a few inches from the House Boy’s midsection to get a better view, while another guest sits upstairs and quietly overlooks the House Boy moving from room to room completing various tasks. It does not matter if the House Boy is embarrassed by the obvious examination of his penis, or that he is naive and unaware that his nudity is being quietly observed from the balcony above. The feelings of the House Boy are not relevant since it’s the right of the guests to passively observe that is important here.

House Boys are not required to alter their chore routines, change posture or positioning, allow intentional physical contact, nor to pose or carry out any action for guests unless a specific rule or protocol requires such compliance. Observation of a House Boy who is resting or sleeping should be done quietly whenever practical. Nothing in this rule shall excuse or prevent the House Boy from complying with protocol for Educational Initiatives (See Index, Rule #119) or any other duty such as Objectification which may require physical contact at home or away.

Rule #81 — Backwards Over The Knee Spanking

All violations by the Houseboy are punishable at Level One Discipline unless otherwise specified in the rules and protocols. Punishment at this level calls for a bare hand spanking on the Houseboy’s bare bottom. Discipline usually takes place immediately, regardless of who may be present and could observe. There are several positions that may be used for Level One Discipline, the most frequent is the Basic Over The Knee Spanking (See Index Below, Rule #158) which is commonly used for the most minor of infractions. Other positions are usually chosen for more serious or repeat violations, and can be more explicit with the Houseboy’s penis, scrotum or anus clearly visible to others as  punishment is carried out.

A Backwards Over The Knee Spanking is sometimes administered when lifestyle friends are present who better understand the need for explicit and humiliating correction. In this position the misbehaving Houseboy lays on his back atop Master’s knees so that his most intimate body parts are clearly and unavoidably visible. As each swat is applied to his bare butt cheeks, the Houseboy must verbally call out its number or that swat will not count. For bare handed Level One spankings, a swat on either side of the buttocks counts as one swat. At Level Two Discipline using an implement like a shoe or a paddle, any impact to just one or simultaneously to both of the bare buttocks counts as a single swat. When a violation is particularly egregious or when Master is particularly upset, the pace at which swats are applied can be randomly alternated between slow and fast as a mindfuck to confuse the Houseboy into a miscount which will effectively increase the number of swats to be administered.

In the example photo, a Houseboy is being disciplined with a bare hand Level One Spanking while in the Backwards Over The Knee position. Master uses one hand to spank and the other to grip and secure the Houseboy so that he is less likely to fall or roll over. Other common ways to secure the Houseboy include the placement of a stool or chair, or to grasp the Houseboy behind his back or neck, or by one of his legs. For safety reasons, the scrotum and testicles are not used for securement.

For all disciplinary spankings, Master has the option to determine the strength and number of swats to be administered as well as the spanking position that will be assigned, unless a rule specifies otherwise. Consideration may be given to the Houseboy’s length of service since collaring, his attitude and demeanor and previous behavior, and whether the violation was intentional or accidental or negligent. Master may also give consideration to recommendations from others who happen to be present. Corner Time (See below, Rule #120) may also be assigned at Master’s discretion.

Following discipline, the House Boy is dismissed to carry out his assigned duties and chores. Reddened Buttocks Are Never An Excuse (See below, Rule #6) to delay or avoid any activity, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

Rule #106 — Testicle Inspection And Examination

The Houseboy is required to submit to a variety of daily, weekly, and other periodic and random inspections and examinations. Daily inspections are quick full body checks which are scheduled for assigned times, from one to three times each day depending on the dependability and experience of the House Boy. Weekly Inspections are more thorough full body examinations which are pre-scheduled for a specific day and time, and posted on the schedule calendar in advance. Periodic inspections are announced at random times or for-cause when a specific issue is observed by or reported to Master. 

The Testicle Inspection And Examination is conducted for the health and safety of the Houseboy and is scheduled weekly at a pre-assigned time which follows a hot shower or bath to facilitate a clean and low hanging scrotum. For expediency, this examination may be combined with another inspection or procedure as long as protocol for the Testicle Inspection And Examination is not abbreviated in any way. The Houseboy must appropriately Report (See below, Rule #211) facing forward or at 180 Degrees (Rule #90), and remain stationary throughout the following steps:

1.  Each testicle should be cupped, one at a time using both hands

2. With medium pressure, the testicle should be rolled and palpitated, feeling for lumps and irregularities or changes in size, while carefully observing for discoloration

3.  Remember that the epididymis resides in the upper middle or outside of each testicle and may be mistaken for an irregularity

4. The examination should be repeated, using the same procedure with the other testicle

Whenever possible, Master will attempt to schedule Testicle Inspection And Examinations for days and times when guests are unlikely to be present, but the right of a curious visitor to observe any duty or chore always overrides a Houseboy’s preference for privacy. If a visitor happens to be present or drop in, Master will explain the protocol and importance of conducting regular Testicle Inspection And Examinations and ask the observer to hold any questions until the examination is complete. If necessary, the Houseboy may then be required to remain with Clasp Hands (See below, Rule #8) or submit to re-examination so that the follow up questions can be appropriately answered. 

Testicle Inspection And Examinations are a sensitive procedure and are only conducted by Master, or a qualified volunteer or medical professional. While Master appreciates those who volunteer to assist the Houseboy with any of his duties or chores, no volunteer will be permitted to conduct an unsupervised Testicle Examination or to physically examine the testicles of any Houseboy unless he or she has previously observed a Testicle Examination conducted by Master. In circumstances of urgency, such as a report by the Houseboy or a third party of groin trauma or injury, any adult who is available and willing is authorized to conduct an immediate Testicle Examination of the Houseboy, even if this requires removal of his clothing away from home. A Houseboy is not subject to discipline for unintentional Penile Leakage (See below, Rule #324) which occurs during or as the result of examination of his testicles.

Rule #88-A — Weekly Penis Measurement (Flaccid)

The Houseboy will have his flaccid penis measured for length and circumference every week to monitor for changes in size or condition which may affect health or required activities like exercise and work safety. The Weekly Penis Measurement, which by nature includes simultaneous inspection of the genital region, is a repetitive scheduled duty which takes place at a pre-assigned time every seven days, regardless of who may be present and could observe. Penile measurement may be scheduled concurrent with any physical inspection or other Body Part Measurements like height, weight, and scrotum circumference at Master’s option.

Protocol for the Weekly Penis Inspection calls for the Houseboy stand in the Report Position (See below, Rule #211) with Clasp Hands (See below, Rule #8) while his penis hangs naturally flaccid at room temperature. An initial measurement using a cloth tape is taken of his penis length to the nearest eighth of an inch, followed by a brief examination of the penile shaft to insure there isn’t an epidermal or other issue which might rule out safe measurement of circumference, The tape is then wrapped snugly around the penile shaft to measure circumference, followed by a secondary measurement of penile length for confirmation. The Weekly Penis Measurement concludes with a secondary measurement of circumference, and the two sets of data are evaluated or averaged to determine the official Weekly Penis Measurement to the nearest eighth of an inch. Data regarding environmental conditions like temperature or activity (such as a recent shower) may be noted for reference.

Protocol for the Weekly Penis Measurement calls for one end of the cloth measuring tape to be placed at the pubic bone atop the penile shaft, allowing gravity feed to follow the marked lines on the tape to the longest point of the penis near the urethra or foreskin. For a Houseboy who is negatively blessed, the tape may need to be physically held against the shaft by Master or a volunteer to determine accurate length. The cloth tape is then wrapped around the shaft at its widest point to determine circumference. If a cloth tape is not available, a piece of paper or string can be used and marked for measurement by a ruler or other device afterward. If the penis is flaccid but unnaturally withdrawn, it may be necessary to make a quick tug on the meatus to achieve maximum natural length before recording the measurement.

In the example photo, a flaccid penis length of 5 3/8 inches would be recorded by the Houseboy in his journal. In the event a Houseboy presents with a penis which is not substantially flaccid, an Erect Penis Measurement will be conducted and recorded, and the Houseboy may be subject to discipline or intervention for failure to follow protocol. Erect Penis Measurements are not a scheduled Houseboy duty but may be the only way to take any penile measurement when a Houseboy so presents in violation of protocol. Any Houseboy who loses his flaccid status after a proper initial measurement of his penile length will be subject to either an erect Penis Inspection (and discipline) or intervention to return his penis to flaccid status for proper measurement, at Master’s option.

In the event that a Houseboy is away from home at the scheduled time of the Weekly Penis Measurement, this duty may be announced and postponed, or silently deferred until an appropriate time and location, or until after the Houseboy returns home. Any change of time, location or conditions of measurement should be so noted in the documentation. To insure accuracy of measurements, no one other than Master will be allowed to conduct any penis measurement unless they have previously observed a completed Weekly Penis Measurement in its entirety. A Houseboy who is wearing Master’s Flaccidator (See below, Rule #96) shall have it removed prior to any measurements.

Rule #103-A — Laundry Duty

Laundry Duty is assigned weekly at home. The Houseboy is responsible for wash and dry, then folding or hanging of all clothing, towels and bedding. Baskets for dirty clothing and towels are placed throughout the home and the Houseboy is responsible for collecting these as well as stripping bedsheets and pillowcases for laundering.

Proper wash and dry of laundry when assigned must be completed regardless of who may be present and could observe, unless exempted or postponed. The Houseboy must remain naked throughout the process, though appropriate footwear is optional. Activities and other chores are arranged so the Houseboy should be able to complete all other obligations during the wash and dry cycles so that he won’t have to use recreational or free time doing chores unless he falls behind or otherwise fails to meet expectations. 

When guests are present during Laundry Duty, the Houseboy should ask if they have anything to be laundered. Master may also permit selected friends or relatives to bring up to one load each for wash and dry. It Is the Houseboy’s responsibility to meticulously check pockets and clothing tags for forgotten items and cleaning instructions to avoid preventable damage to textiles and equipment. Bedding must be replaced In their respective sleeping areas before Laundry Duty is considered to be properly completed.

Laundry Duty may be postponed or cancelled at Master’s discretion. This most commonly occurs when there is insufficient laundry for a full load or when Laundry Duty would interfere with a quiet home for social or professional guests. Special rules cover laundry which is washed or dried off-property, including Laundromat Laundry Duty while traveling or when the home washer or dryer machines are broken or inoperable.

As with the Houseboy’s other duties and chores, a visitor may occasionally volunteer assistance with Laundry Duty chores. While Master appreciates these offers of assistance (and the Houseboy is permitted to accept) he is strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly asking for physical assistance with laundry activities, except for making beds or folding bedsheets, blankets, and bed covers.

Negligent damage to laundered items or laundry equipment is considered misbehavior and will subject the Houseboy to discipline. Other minor violations of Laundry Day protocol are also punishable, but may be excused with a warning at Master’s discretion. The Houseboy is not responsible for incidental damage or regular wear and tear to items or equipment.

In the example photo, a Houseboy is seen folding items which have been laundered and dried. We can assume that there are no other items in the clothes dryer, since the door is open and the Houseboy would be Unnecessarily Wasting Energy (See below, Rule #250) if other textiles were still inside. Since the Houseboy lives naked and uncovered, there isn’t a lot of laundry at times. Whenever Laundry Day is cancelled or postponed, it may be replaced by other required chores like washing cars for Master’s friends, cleaning the carpeting, or similar substitute duties.

Rule #107-A — Answering the Front Door (Home)

The Houseboy is responsible for Answering The Front Door, except when it is impractical due to other duties or when Master or a guest chooses to answer the door instead. A peephole is provided to allow viewing from inside, and the outdoor porch area is not visible from the street or nearby homes due to creative landscaping. The Houseboy must open the door to an angle of at least 45 degrees and greet known visitors properly with his full body visible from head to toe, except when they are paid workers like plumbers, salespersons, or first responders. For unknown visitors, the House Boy is permitted to crack the door a few inches, sufficient to interact with the visitor while only implying full nudity for the initial greeting and conversation. When a Houseboy is uncertain how to proceed he should attempt to notify Master immediately so that a decision can be made whether and how far to open the door or not. Final authority over who is invited or allowed to remain inside the house always rests with Master, and there will be No Hiding While Undressed (See below, Rule #28) by any Houseboy, either before or after guests have arrived. 

First time visitors must always be made aware that the Houseboy is undressed, and that they should not choose to enter if nudity will offend them. Those who agree to enter anyway by their words or actions relinquish any right to complain, and the Houseboy is subsequently prohibited from attempting to cover or conceal his nudity even if a guest subsequently displays disapproval or embarrassment. Master’s home is a social place and guests of various genders, races, ages, and socioeconomic backgrounds are friends and colleagues. The Houseboy must present himself in a professional yet friendly manner, and is never permitted to answer the front door with a penis which is substantially erect for any reason, except when a rule specifically permits or he is instructed to do so, or in an actual emergency.

All visitors must be the age of majority, and identification must be checked in case of doubt. Master does not allow nor invite salespersons or religious proselytizers inside the house unless Master is genuinely interested in learning about the product or service or belief system being ‘sold’, and even then Master will specifically advise the visitor that the Houseboy is completely undressed and not to enter if male nudity “including the sight of a penis and testicles” might offend them, therefore interactions between the Houseboy and people like Vacuum Cleaner Salespersons or Mormon Missionaries is extremely rare (but not impossible). In the unlikely event someone in this category still chooses to enter after all warnings have been given, the Houseboy has no right to object and must remain naked and compliant with all rules and protocols to avoid disciplinary action. 

In the example photo, a collared Houseboy hears the doorbell on a weekday morning and hurries from the back of the house down the hallway to answer the front door. Although it’s chilly in the foyer, the Houseboy can’t allow the temporary discomfort of ‘goose bumps’ or the embarrassment of ’genital shrinkage’ to interfere with his obligation of Answering The Front Door, because Master is expecting a professional colleague to arrive shortly and a prompt and friendly greeting is not only vital, but absolutely required. During and after professional colleague’s visit, the Houseboy will take seriously the security and privacy of Master and his guest, and will comply with the See No Evil, Hear No Evil, and Speak No Evil protocol (See below, Rule #239). The Houseboy will also use only Appropriate Terminology (See below, Rule #123), and will speak using the terms “Sir” and “Ma’am” when Addressing Authority (See below, Rule #305). 

Protocol for Answering The Back Door is covered under a separate rule (See Index, Rule #107B), since it opens to a private and gated area where the Houseboy need not be as concerned about inconveniences like using the peephole or hiding an erection.

Rule #337-A — Letter A Command

The Letter A Command is one of several alphabet-based commands like the Letter X (See Index, Rule #340) which may be abbreviated to a single letter to quickly instruct the House Boy to assume the physical position illustrated by that letter and then wait silently for further instructions. A command to Letter A (or any other letter) must be obeyed at home or away, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

Protocol for the Letter A Command requires the House Boy to safely discontinue any other activity, spread his legs wider than his shoulders while extending his arms upward and together to complete the alphabetic instruction. A House Boy who is properly in the Letter A Position will have his arms and legs diagonally aligned so that his midsection appears to form the cross-section of the Letter A, simulating the first letter of the American alphabet. He is not permitted to use his hands nor any other object to adjust nor conceal his genitalia in any way, regardless of the prevailing temperature or who may be present and could observe. The command may be modified by dropping the word ‘letter’ and using the remainder of any word or phrase which begins with the Letter A, like Again or Against The Wall.

In the example photo, a House Boy is summoned to Report To Master (See below, Rule #211) and is instructed to turn around facing the opposite direction. Master then gives the modified Letter A Command (using the phrase Against The Wall) and the House Boy extends his arms and legs diagonally and clasps hands while leaning against the vertical surface to complete the position. While rarely used for more than demonstrative purposes, this command is occasionally utilized as a preparatory position for discipline or inspections like Testicle Examinations (See below, Rule #106) or a Range Of Motion Assessment (Rule #43).

In the unlikely event that a House Boy is placed into the Letter A Position to receive a Disciplinary Spanking, he will be notified of the violation and number of swats before punishment begins. As a reminder, Reddened Buttocks Are Never An Excuse (See below, Rule #6) to avoid any duty or chore, regardless of who may be present and could observe. For statistical accuracy, the Weekly Penis Measurement (See below, Rule #88) can not be taken while the House Boy is in the Letter A position.

Rule #50-A — Adult Costumed Events

The House Boy is required to remain naked while at Master’s home and property, but is permitted clothing or covering sufficient to comply with local laws and dress codes when traveling to public and private locations away from home. Since the House Boy’s ‘uniform’ is defined as his ‘contemporary uncovered epidermis’ (naked skin), any action which covers or conceals his visible nudity at home may be interpreted as a violation of protocol and cause for discipline. Appropriate footwear is usually optional. The House Boy may also be required to strip when traveling with Master to any location where nudity is legal or traditional, like a clothing optional beach or resort or the home of Master’s more progressive friends who view nudity in a positive light.

When the House Boy is present during any Adult Costumed Event at home or wherever nudity is permitted, he may be permitted or instructed to wear clothing or covering of Master’s choosing to dovetail with the theme or spirit of the event. Since physical exposure is allowed at adult events — even if no one is actually naked or will be — any clothing or costume that is selected for the House Boy to wear can be as substantial or as skimpy and revealing as Master desires, and can even be subject to changes at Master’s discretion. The wearing of a costume does not exempt the House Boy from his obligation to comply with other rules and protocols, including physical inspections and obedience to commands. It is considered disrespectful for a costumed House Boy to resist or refuse visual examination of his clothing or costume, even when granting such a request would mean partial removal of the costume or would temporary reveal a body part that is covered by the garment. Requests which require complete removal of the costume should be referred to Master.

In the example photo, a House Boy has just been instructed to try on a yellow costume that Master will have the House Boy wear to a New Year’s Eve Party in just a few hours. The House Boy looks at Master incredulously and asks, “Is this all I get to wear?” Master responds, “Of course not. Pursuant to Rule Number 50-B you will be issued a pair of colorful underwear for the ride to the party”, but of course the underwear will be ceremoniously removed before the adult-themed event actually begins. Master also plans to place the House Boy’s sticky name badge on the underside of the bottom pointy end of the costume (upside down), and place another sticky on the front side which reads, “Lift Here For Name”. If our Banana Boy is lucky, the underwear which was removed hours earlier won’t get misplaced before it is time to return home, otherwise he might need to ride home without the underclothing and face discipline for losing it.

Annual rules changes take effect at the stroke of midnight on New Years Eve. House Boys are cautioned that what may be permitted before midnight in the way of behavior, clothing, or other protocols may be strictly against the rules and subject to discipline in the new calendar year.

Every prospective and collared House Boy will be furnished copies of the Kinsey Scale Self Assessment form. Master will discuss the contents of the declaration and the House Boy will circle a response which most closely approximates his current sexual orientation. Completed Kinsey Scale Self Assessment forms will be dated and signed by the House Boy to be retained throughout the House Boy’s term of service, with newer forms stapled atop previous ones for clarity.

The seven steps on the Kinsey Scale Self Assessment form are numbered zero to six as follows (in common parlance):

—> Zero — Exclusively straight, not gay curious

—> One — Straight but gay curious

—> Two — Bisexual, with female preference 

—> Three — Bisexual, equaling preference for female and male

—> Four — Bisexual, with male preference

—> Five — Gay, but straight curious

—> Six — Exclusively gay, not straight curious

—> Note: A House Boy who identifies with a sexual orientation which is not shown on the chart (such as pansexual) will still be required to complete the Kinsey Scale Self Assessment, but will be permitted to manually note their actual sexual orientation instead of or in addition to the available choices from one to six. 

Master uses the information contained in the Kinsey Scale Self Assessment to help personalize the House Boy experience. An example of this would be the selection of invitees for the House Boy’s Birthday Party, which is normally populated with those with whom the birthday celebrant would find the greatest comraderie. Completed Kinsey Scale Self Assessment Forms are kept in the House Boy’s file and are available for to view on request. It is the responsibility of every House Boy to complete a new form whenever he determines that his sexual orientation has changed, whether intentional or circumstantial. Full-time live-in House Boys are also required to complete new forms annually. 

Guests and visitors who wish to do so will be permitted to submit their own Kinsey Scale ‘wish list’ assessment for any House Boy, to officially state what sexual orientation the guest ‘wishes’ for the House Boy to become. While these ‘wishes’ are not binding upon the House Boy or anyone else, they may be used to jumpstart conversations and to engage in humor, and will be included in House Boy’s file for anyone to view, including the House Boy himself. If a guest updates their ‘wish’, the previous form will be removed from the file and discarded.

When two or more House Boys are serving together in simultaneous service, each House Boy shall have the right to view the Kinsey Scale Self Assessment of the other, though Master may choose instead to verbally advise them of each other’s data to save time.

Rule #243 — Forking and Spooning

The House Boy is responsible for completing a variety of scheduled duties and chores. These include daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal chores. They also include tasks which are to be completed on an as-needed basis or whenever Master instructs. Washing Dishes (Rule #210) is one of these chores which must be completed daily and whenever Master instructs, and after the all dishes have been properly dried they must be returned to their proper storage location for future use.

Silverware must also be returned to its proper location and sorted individually by size and type, with each utensil matched properly and not just placed into a random pile for Master or guests to sort out. This process, jokingly called Forking And Spooning by Master and his closest friends, is a necessary and mandatory conclusion to the washing process, and a House Boy who does not properly carry out this duty is subject to discipline for failure to meet expectations. Dinner forks have a separate storage slot from salad forks, steak knives are placed separately from butter knives, teaspoons are not thrown in with tablespoons, and other unusual utensils have their own slots as well. While mistakes are inevitable and may be dismissed with a warning, obvious laziness in washing or repeated mistakes in returning and sorting silverware — or verified complaints from visitors about poor sorting or dirty utensils — will result in punishment.

The House Boy is subject to Level Zero Loss Of Privileges to use dishes or silverware for his own consumption if a violation is not excused with a warning. Alternatively, punishment of a single swat Level One Spanking may be administered at Master’s discretion for each utensil discovered to be improperly cleaned or sorted. The House Boy may also be directed to wash and dry and sort the utensils again, if necessary. Failure to retrieve or return utensils for proper washing and sorting is also considered a violation.

In the example photo, a House Boy is seen from behind while Forking And Spooning after he washes and dries the dishes and utensils. Like any duty or chore, the House Boy is not permitted to wear clothing during this task regardless of who may be present and could observe, although appropriate footwear is optional.

Rule #324 — Dealing With Leakage

Master's home is a social place where guests drop in for spontaneous visits and occasional home events like potluck barbecues, movie nights, holiday parties or to enjoy swimming in the backyard pool during the warm summer season. Master also maintains a small professional office on the property, and it’s important that the home and office environment is healthy and attractive so that visitors won’t be grossed out or feel uncomfortable as the Naked House Boy serves refreshments or tends to his assigned duties and chores. 

An issue that requires particular consideration is the potential for leakage from the House Boy’s orifices, and from his uncovered penis in particular. For this reason, Master is granted the widest possible discretion to prevent or resolve leakage issues. Subject to the provisions of the Paramount Rule, Master has the right to use any means necessary to prevent, reduce, conceal or clean up bodily fluids. This includes isolating a House Boy whose leakage can not be controlled, installing Master’s Flaccidator (See below, Rule #96), or issuing instructions to time shift the House Boy’s chore schedule or discharge of bodily fluids so that no furniture or belongings are likely to be stained and no unwanted cross contamination will occur.

Prior to collaring, every potential House Boy will be assessed to determine his individual Leakage Evaluation Assessment Karma (‘LEAK’) which will establish a baseline for considering interventions for limiting and responding to inappropriate discharges. After collaring, Leakage Evaluation Assessment Karma Emergency Response  (‘LEAKER’) may include changes in diet, use of devices or supplies, physical measures including flaccidation, isolation, or prior relief. Re-evaluation of the House Boy’s LEAK baseline may be ordered at any time.

Visitors who observe or suspect that any House Boy has an active issue with leakage should notify Master discreetly for verification. Alternatively, any guest has the right to loudly announce the word 'LEAKER’ if a drip, drool or drop occurs or is imminent, and Master will then conduct an immediate inspection of the House Boy. It is a violation for any House Boy to allow leakage to drip, drool or drop from his body where it may offend a house guest or potentially stain or damage furniture or belongings. Violation may result in discipline up to a Level Two Spanking for disrespect or damage to property, even if the circumstances make it necessary that punishment be deferred until a more appropriate time. A guest who finds it necessary to make a 'LEAKER’ announcement will be permitted to suggest an appropriate intervention or to recommend level and type of discipline, and Master will consider such recommendations if volunteered. 

It is not a violation for a House Boy to have minor secretions of bodily fluids which are not likely to drip, drool or drop — and disciplinary intervention is not necessary in these situations — though preventative or maintenance intervention like revoking Permission To Use Furniture (See below, Rule #187) or Spot Cleaning(See below, Rule #57) may be appropriate. House Boys who become aware of their own leakage issue before it is observed or reported to Master must take steps of their own to resolve the leakage, even if it means briefly delaying a duty or chore. It is not a violation of this rule if leakage occurs during the House Boy’s time in the bathroom, or while receiving physical discipline, or during any enema or scheduled exercise, or while he is clothed and away from home. Master may give active or passive permission for leakage at other times or during other activities at his sole discretion. For health and safety reasons, this rule may be expanded or modified at any time to better deal with leakage issues.

Rule #28-A — No Hiding While Undressed (Home)

The House Boy is required to remain naked while at Master’s home and property, but is permitted clothing or covering sufficient to comply with local laws and dress codes when traveling to public and private locations away from home. Since the House Boy’s ‘uniform’ is defined as his ‘contemporary uncovered epidermis’ (naked skin), any action which covers or conceals his visible nudity at home may be interpreted as a violation of protocol and cause for discipline. Jewelry, a cap or hat, and appropriate footwear is usually optional. The House Boy may also be required to strip when traveling with Master to any location where nudity is legal or traditional, like a clothing optional beach or resort or the home of Master’s more progressive friends who view nudity in a positive light.

At home, the House Boy is usually the person who answers the door and greets visitors, but there are times when he is occupied with chores and fails to see or hear an arriving visitor, or Master will answer the door out of convenience. Master’s property is landscaped and fenced for privacy and when the House Boy is outdoors and sees or hears a vehicle pull up the driveway, protocol requires that he attempt to meet the guests at their car or the front door, if practical.

Other than paid vendors like plumbers or electricians, whose arrival is usually scheduled in advance (and for whom the House Boy is kept out of view or sent off property), visitors fall into four categories as follows:

—> Master’s French Vanilla visitors, which includes selected friends and colleagues (and their respective partners and invitees) who are not necessarily lifestyle familiar but are open minded enough to accept the fact Master’s household help wears no clothing, and who still wish to enjoy a friendly visit after being informed of this fact. 

—>Master’s lifestyle friends (and their respective partners or invitees), who are familiar with the nature of the lifestyle relationship and are aware of some or many of the House Boy’s required rules and protocols.

—> Master’s relatives (and their respective partners or invitees) who range from college age to super senior citizens and view life from various socio-economic and spiritual perspectives. These guests may have never met and know nothing whatsoever about the House Boy yet silently accept the nudity, or they may have know much about the House Boy including these detailed rules and protocols, and view the situation enthusiastically and positively.  (Master has pragmatic words of wisdom about relatives for every House Boy: “We can always choose our friends, but relatives are assigned to us. Be respectful and follow protocol at all times.”)

—> Unexpected or uninvited guests, including the rare visitor from Master’s previous vanilla life who might be passing through town on vacation and decide to drop in. It is this category of visitor that can bring the greatest chance of calamity — or hilarity, for that matter — although adherence to the detailed rules and protocols minimize these risks. 

—>  Note: All guests must be of legal age, just like all House Boys must be of legal age. This lifestyle is not for minors under the age of majority, and identification will be checked. The provisions of the Paramount Rulesupersede all Rules And Protocols in all circumstances, without exception. 

Master’s home is a social place with visitors coming and going — especially on weekends and in the warm summer season when the pool is open — and Master and the House Boy must each accept that there may be times when the House Boy will desire to NOT be seen by a visitor while he is naked. Even those who are most comfortable with their own nudity have those occasional moments  — or those occasional visitors— that they DO NOT wish to be seen in front of while naked. Perhaps the House Boy is feeling under the weather or just feeling shy, or maybe he’s embarrassed about the size or shape of his genitals or grooming, or maybe a guest is a relative or ex-girlfriend (or boyfriend) who arrives unexpectedly as the date of a guest. The House Boy absolutely has the right to want to get out of being seen naked. At these times Master feels awkward too. But these feelings do not grant the House Boy the right to use his anxiety or embarrassment to attempt to break the rules for his benefit, and he does not have the right to delay or avoid being seen while naked at home, regardless of the required duty or chore and regardless of who may be present and could observe. Any House Boy who hides or attempts to hide to avoid being seen while undressed at home is subject to discipline up to an Enhanced Level Three Spanking. 

In the example photo, a House Boy hides behind a tree when he sees a strange car pull into Master’s driveway. The House Boy thinks it might be a family member who doesn’t know about his ‘uniform’ (or lack of one), because the make and model and color of the automobile are a perfect match. But it really doesn’t matter if it’s his relative in the car or someone else with an identical vehicle, because the House Boy has just broken one of the Primary Rules. Hiding While Undressed is a serious violation and must always be punished.

Pursuant to the Cumulative Violation Policy (Rule #100), any punishment for Hiding While Naked will be administered in addition to discipline for any other misbehavior (like using hands to conceal genitals, or failing to carry out a duty like greeting a guest) and additional discipline may be considered for the event sequence as a whole. Repeated violations of this rule may subject the House Boy to an immediate Level Four Dismissalfrom service at Master’s discretion. A House Boy under Custodial Use Of White Underwear (See below, Rule #316) when supervised by someone other than Master away from home is also prohibited from hiding and subject to disciplinary action for violating the protocol or spirit of this rule.

Rule #139 — Push Ups

The Houseboy is required to maintain a personalized fitness schedule which will include assigned exercises and activities as determined by Master. Planned fitness activities will be posted on the daily or weekly schedule in the Houseboy’s journal or on the kitchen refrigerator. One of the required exercises for able bodied Houseboys is Push Ups.

Protocol for Push Ups requires the Houseboy to exercise without clothing, regardless of who may be present and could observe. For safety reasons, shoes or other optional footwear must also be removed, though socks may be worn. The exercise begins by assuming a face down position on hands and feet with legs unbent, then counting off each repetition as it is properly completed. In order for a Push Up to count as valid, the nose or chin and penis or scrotum must make simultaneous contact with the floor or carpet, however briefly.

Complaints by the Houseboy about unfairness related to the size or positioning of his body parts will not be responded to by Master. Counting is on the honor system unless Master or a visitor volunteers to take an official count, in which case close observation should be maintained to insure that the Houseboy’s nose or chin and his penis or scrotum make the required simultaneous contact. A record of Push Ups completed (whether it meets goals or not) shall be maintained by the Houseboy in his daily journal. As with any exercise, mandatory Push Ups may be assigned as a Level Zero Discipline. Failure to complete the assigned number of push ups during an official count may result in discipline, or the missed exercises may be rolled over to a future session or during a re-start at Master’s discretion.

In the example photos, a Houseboy demonstrates the proper downward Push Ups position with his penis making simultaneous contact as his nose or chin (top two images). The Houseboy then shows a permitted alternative for penile contact by brushing his scrotum against the carpeting (lower left inset), though this method isn’t suited well for exercising in cooler temperatures (or by those with a ‘high and tight’ scrotum. The Houseboy should not receive credit for any repetition where he fails to make simultaneous contact with his nose or chin and his penis or scrotum (lower right inset).

Houseboys may be assigned to complete Push Ups exercise on a Twister Layout (See Index, Rule #152) at Master’s discretion. Body parts must make contact with the assigned colors for individual Push Ups to count as valid.

Rule #51 — Dumbbells For Dumbbells

Each full time Houseboy undergoes a personal fitness evaluation and is assigned exercise and fitness activities that are consistent with his needs, physical abilities, age, and goals mutually shared with Master. Any Houseboy may be instructed to do exercise and fitness activities at Master’s discretion, and most are assigned at least one form of weightlifting as part of the daily routine. 

At least one set of dumbbells is kept at home or in the trunk of a vehicle at all times, and Master will sometimes surprise a Houseboy by assigning this fitness activity while visiting friends away from home. Since protocol requires the Houseboy to exercise naked wherever it’s allowed, a handful of these friends cleverly make it a point to state that they don’t allow nudity “except when swimming or exercising”. Thus the phrase Dumbbells For Dumbbells was created by them as a sarcastic reference to one who cluelessly strips completely naked just for exercise, regardless of who may be present and could observe. Although Master avoids this derogatory phrase, he has no right to prevent its use by others even if these words embarrass or upset the sensitive Houseboy who doesn’t like being called names as he is simultaneously forced to take off his clothes item by item until he is completely naked and exposed.

At home, dumbbell exercises may be assigned indoors or outside on the patio or grassy area when weather permits. The Houseboy is also permitted to use these weights during his free or recreational time if he wishes to do so. The Use Of A Spotter (See below, Rule #32) is not required when using fixed weight dumbbells, but is mandatory when using removable and replaceable weights or barbells of any type.

In the example photo, a Houseboy exercises by lifting dumbbells outside on a sunny summer afternoon. He lays a towel across the bench before starting so that perspiration won’t cause slipperiness which could lead to injury or would be uncomfortable to a guest who wants to lift after the Houseboy finishes. Being thoughtful and using a towel is not only the right thing to do, it also may earn a Houseboy Boy Special Privileges as will other positive choices in circumstances that are not specifically covered by protocol. Master’s guests also pay attention to detail, noting that this Houseboy’s ‘uniform’ is presentable and freshly groomed. Full time Houseboy’s like this one may be required to maintain themselves shaved or smoothed from armpits to ankles, or allow volunteer or professional Body Sculptors (See below, Rule #150) to remove some of all of his body hair instead.

Nothing in this rule requires a Houseboy to use a weight bench or to lay down while using dumbbells, and it is common to stand and lift instead. This exercise is often assigned consecutively or concurrent with other weightlifting or fitness activities, like Pelvic Thrusts (See below, Rule #124) or Push Ups (See below, Rule #139). Master welcomes and will consider recommendations from guests for additions to or modifications of any Houseboy’s exercise and fitness regime

Rule #96 — Master’s Flaccidator
 

Master's home is a social place with a diverse assortment of visitors and guests ranging from lifestyle friends to vanilla acquaintances who rarely even speak to the Houseboy. One of the challenges for Master is making sure that the more vanilla guests are not offended by the sight of an erection.

Master has also learned that some Houseboys can better focus on their duties and chores when they hold back their sexual energies, while other Houseboys have a physical or psychological need for regular release and wouldn’t be able to concentrate on their duties and chores if kept in long term chastity. Master’s Flaccidator insures that an unexpected erection won't suddenly wave in the face of Mr. or Ms. Prudish (or any other sensitive guest) while the Houseboy is serving refreshments or completing his assigned duties and chores.

The Flaccidator is a simple and effective tool that functions similar to a conventional chastity device, yet keeps the penis visible and uncovered. The two nearly invisible interlinked attachment rings are made of an inert clear rubber so the device has just the right amount of give and take to keep the penis both restrained yet uncaged. The open design of Master’s Flaccidator permits genital inspection and even Spot Cleaning(See below, Rule #57) without removal of the device. It is not suitable for uncircumcised Houseboys or those with extremely small genital stature or micropenis.

While most Houseboys go about their daily activities with a free hanging penis, protocol allows Master to install the Flaccidator for any reason at any time. This includes preventing erections, as a disciplinary intervention, or simply for appearance whether at home or away. Except during an approved Educational Initiative (See Index, Rule #119), the Flaccidator may only be installed by Master or a Houseboy, though removal of the device by someone else may be permitted at Master’s discretion. A Houseboy is not permitted to intentionally touch his penis or scrotum while a Flaccidator is installed, and violation after a warning may be punished as disobedience or Unauthorized Masturbation (Rule #332). It may be necessary for some Houseboys to sit while urinating to avoid spillage.

Any house guest or visitor who is curious about the construction or use of Master’s Flaccidator may request to briefly examine the device whether or not it is presently installed, and these requests may be granted as long as they are sincere and can be done safely without interference to the Houseboy’s duties and chores. Physical contact with the Houseboy is limited to that which is necessary for the purpose of gently examining the device, though the Houseboy must cooperate with reasonable instruction to position himself so that each of the device’s components can be viewed. Requests for examination which are duplicative or are made during meals or meal prep, sleep or rest periods, discipline or exercise, any activity in the jacuzzi or pool, any enema or using the toilet, or while away from home may be denied.

A Houseboy who is wearing a Flaccidator must ask Master for assistance before making adjustments or cleaning the device. If unavailable, the Houseboy should wait for Master to return unless the circumstance becomes painful or urgent, in which case he may seek assistance from someone else but should report the situation to Master as soon as practical. Unauthorized removal of the device may be punished up to a Level Three Insubordination.

For safety reasons, Master reserves the right to inspect the components and fit of an installed Flaccidator at any time, even while away from home, subject to prevailing dress codes and the law. The Houseboy will be escorted to a discreet (but not necessarily private) location) if necessary, to prevent exposure to strangers or anyone who may be offended. In the unlikely event that a minor injury makes it advisable to Apply Skin Protectant (See below, Rule #36) or other topicals, the Houseboy will be transported home or to another private location as soon as practical, so that topicals may be applied in accordance with that protocol.

Rule #238 — Entering Master’s Bedroom

The House Boy is required to remain naked while at home, regardless of his duties and chores, no matter who happens to be present (or drops in) and could observe. He has an assigned bedroom — without an entry door — as a reminder that House Boys have no right to physical privacy at any time. Everything he does is subject to supervision or inspection, and even his bathroom door must remain open while showering, shaving, or urinating — unless Master or a visitor wishes that it be closed. 

Master — on the other hand — values his privacy, and it the House Boy’s responsibility to both respect and protect it. Opening Master’s bedroom door without permission is against the rules except during assigned chores like vacuuming or emptying the trash. Permission may be granted verbally by Master or may be written or implied in a rule or protocol.

When a House Boy wishes or needs to enter Master’s bedroom while Master is inside, the House Boy must first knock on the door quietly and ask permission to enter. If no response is received after a knock, a second and third knock should be attempted at greater volume, with at least 20 seconds passing between knocks. After permission is granted to open the door, the House Boy must do so far enough to reveal a clear view of his face and genitals (while still holding the door) and verbally state the purpose of his visit. Master will then either approve or deny further entry and the House Boy will obey. Master’s bedroom is separately climate controlled, and the House Boy should be prepared for the feeling of colder or warmer air across his naked body.

This protocol also applies when overnight guests are present and they choose to close the guest bedroom or guest bathroom doors. The House Boy will never bother Master or any guest when a “Do Not Disturb” door hanger is visible, except in cases of urgency. The guest bedroom and guest bathroom are considered the private space of Master’s guests, and the House Boy will grant occupants the respect, privacy and authority that accompanies such a designation. This includes the right to conduct a Physical Inspection or Life Drawing of a House Boy while he is inside the guest controlled area, and to administer Level One Discipline for minor violations of protocol, though more serious incidents of disobedience or disrespect should be reported to Master for follow up.

A House Boy who violates any part of this protocol may be subject to punishment at whatever level of discipline that Master deems appropriate for the respective offense. Minor violations of entry to Master’s room without waiting long enough for a second or third knock will likely be punished with a Level One Spanking for example (or let go with a warning), while more serious violations that involve guests may be disciplined at Level Two or Level Three. Any theft or attempted theft of valuables from a guest may result in an immediate Level Four Dismissal, despite the House Boy’s lack of clothing or covering.

House Boys are reminded that Master or guests may be unclothed in their respective bedroom or bathroom, especially during morning or evening hours when showering or personal activities are likely. House Boys should be careful not to openly stare or comment at any nudity or activity they happen to observe, unless given permission to do so. A House Boy shall not intentionally expose anyone’s bedroom or bathroom nudity to others in the hallway or elsewhere, though he isn’t responsible for accidental exposure in the brief moment as he enters a bedroom or bathroom with permission or is leaving afterward.

Rule #167 — ‘At Ease’ Command

The At Ease Command is an informal way for Master to instruct the Naked Houseboy to basically ‘stand and wait’ for additional instructions or to pause and wait for an anticipated event to occur. This command most commonly follows the Report Position (See below, Rule #211) so that Master can give instructions or explanations, or is given as a quick formality before the Naked Houseboy is dismissed to continue about his scheduled duties and chores. 

Protocol for the At Ease Command allows the Naked Houseboy to relax his posture and stance, though he is still required to stand and face Master with feet under shoulders and to maintain a neutral or submissive demeanor. His arms should be placed behind the back with hands together, and he is not subject to discipline for substantially covering the buttocks since his penis and scrotum are already clearly visible. It is not appropriate to make eye contact with anyone other than Master (unless directed to do so) since this would be disrespectful to a guest who chooses to assist Master by visually scanning the Naked Houseboy’s body parts for skin issues like insect bites, cuts or scratches. Master appreciates the watchful eyes of guests who pay attention to detail, and who care about the health and safety of others. 

In the example photo, the Naked Houseboy is directed to At Ease so that Master can inspect the bedroom to make sure that morning chores are finished. Master notes that the Naked Houseboy has put away items that were on top of his bed, that his shoes are now properly lined up against the wall, and his trash container has been emptied. The Naked House Boy has also showered and dried off, has combed and styled his hair, and has no visible skin issues on his front side. Unfortunately, a close examination of the Naked Houseboy’s reflection from the full length wall mirror reveals what appears to be a horizontal cut or scab on his lower left extremity, so a Leg Inspection will be necessary. Master will need to instruct the Naked Houseboy to lay on his back atop the bed and to lift and hold his legs vertically toward the ceiling so the necessary examination can be properly completed and any antiseptic or bandages can be applied if necessary.

Installation of Lighting And Mirrors (See below, Rule #320) is one way that Master goes the extra mile to insure the safety of those who serve. The Naked Houseboy has no right to object to these devices or to interfere with any guest who wishes to observe a physical inspection, since doing so would take away the extra set of helpful eyes and reduce the Naked Houseboy’s own margin of safety..
