Rule 88-B — Alternate Electronic Measurement

Any collared Houseboy when required to submit to measurement of any body part including his Weekly Penis Measurement (Rule 88-A) using a physical tape measure or measuring stick shall be allowed the option to request and submit to electronic instead of physical measurement whenever an electronic measuring device is available and operates with reasonable accuracy.

Rule #123 — Appropriate Terminology

The Naked Houseboy must always express himself in a gentlemanly manner using only Appropriate Terminology when speaking or writing about body parts or bodily functions, except when this rule is temporarily suspended and permission is granted to use crude or slang words and phrases or when the Houseboy is directly responding to or quoting the words or writings of someone else; and Master will not subject the Houseboy to discipline or punishment for the use of Appropriate Terminology at home or away when spoken in proper context and at reasonable volume regardless of who may be present and could overhear.

Rule #154-D — Objectification As Disc Holder Or Digital Data Storage

The Naked Houseboy may be temporarily Objectified as a Disc Holder or Digital Data Storage by Master or any guest when it is necessary to temporarily secure a CD, DVD or Game Disc for brief periods while removing, installing or replacing media to or from playback and recording devices or permanent storage locations.

Tip: The Naked Houseboy is usually handed a storage medium and remains still during the brief installation or usage of a similar item, but technically he may be objectified to secure the item using any body part instead of just a hand or hands.

Rule 259-A — Bicycle Exercise, Recreation And Relaxation

When a safe and suitable bicycle is available for use, the Naked Houseboy may be assigned Bicycle Exercise as part of his daily fitness activities, and the Naked Houseboy may be allowed to use the bicycle at Master’s discretion for Recreation And Relaxation during unscheduled free or privilege time, though Minimal Or Standard Clothing (Rule #111) will be permitted during off-property bicycling except that clothing must be removed upon return and wherever nudity is legal or traditionally allowed.

Rule #354-A — Circumstantial Evidence (Houseboy)

Master may consider Circumstantial Evidence when evaluating the conduct and behavior of the Naked Houseboy, and disciplinary action (of all types, including spankings) may be based partially or solely upon observing or receiving reports of such evidence, whether at home or away.

Rule #326-A — Motorcycles (Helmet Use)

The Houseboy is prohibited from operating or riding upon any street legal or off-road Motorcycle without a properly worn and certified safety helmet.

Rule #157-A — Clothing Authority 

The Naked Houseboy must promptly remove and store all clothing upon arrival and remain undressed in compliance with the Rules And Protocols for his service, though any former Houseboy who has ended service honorably may return as a visitor with no obligation to serve, though any former Houseboy who chooses to arrive as a guest must install Red Banding (Rule #214-R) on his wrist or ankle upon entry to identify as an unclothed visitor unless accompanied by a partner or spouse who shall retain Clothing Authority over the former Houseboy at all times and may choose to allow or prohibit his access to clothing at any time during their stay.

Rule #270 — Worship Command

The Worship Command is a preparatory and demonstration instruction used to cultivate humility and respect, and requires the Naked Houseboy to immediately drop to his knees and elbows, then extend both forearms with hands held together while dropping his head to the floor while keeping his buttocks elevated. 

Rule #180 — Medical Devices And Supplies

When the Naked Houseboy is home and temporarily disabled due to illness or injury he may not use his disability as an excuse to violate the Nudity Rule (Rule #1), except that medical devices and supplies for his treatment or recovery may temporarily cover or conceal any body parts as needed; and Master shall have the right to acquire and require use of a hospital-type bed, wheelchair or other devices for transport, rest or physical therapy, and may assign a volunteer assistant to help with washing and bathing of the Naked Houseboy’s body, hair and scalp.

Rule #70-B— Level Two Discipline (Belt)

A Houseboy who commits any Act Of Disrespect or violates any protocol which allows or specifies punishment at Level Two Discipline may be administered corporal punishment onto his bare buttocks using a belt or other implement, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

Rule #18 — Kinsey Scale Self Assessment

The Naked Houseboy shall complete and maintain an accurate Kinsey Scale Self Assessment and must also permit any guest who requests to complete separate Kinsey Scale forms to declare his or her own orientation and/or an orientation which the visitor ‘wishes’ the Naked Houseboy might transition to (if the guest had such superpower); and all completed Kinsey Scale Assessment Forms shall be kept in the Naked Houseboy’s file for viewing by Master or any guest on demand when time and circumstances allow.

Rule #264 — Recreational Water Exercise

As part of his physical fitness program during warm weather when the backyard pool is available for use, the Naked Houseboy may be assigned a block of time for Recreational Water Exercise, where he may freely swim and move about the pool area but is prohibited from resting, sitting, leaving the pool area, or being physically still or inactive.

Rule #111-S — Minimal Clothing (Shorts)

The Naked Houseboy may be permitted or required to wear Minimal Clothing of only Shorts (with or without optional footwear) when traveling away from home with or at Master’s direction, though an undergarment like white underwear or a Jockstrap (Rule #111J) may be permitted or required when traveling is for an activity like Custodial Supervision (Rule #316) or a sporting activity where the Shorts may be removed leaving the white underwear or Jockstrap as the Houseboy’s only clothing or covering during the planned activity.

Rule #313-C — Notice Of Intervention

When the Naked Houseboy fails to meet expectations and Non-Disciplinary Corrective Action or Intervention is announced but temporarily deferred, or when any disciplinary investigation results in only Non-Disciplinary Corrective Action or Intervention, a Notice Of Intervention shall be prepared and posted prominently on the kitchen refrigerator so that all visitors and guests are duly advised of the scheduled Intervention and details so each may plan accordingly.

Rule #164 — Horseplay Prohibited

The Naked Houseboy shall conduct himself with respect for personal property and shall not run, jump or flop onto the bed or any other furniture or furnishings unless a temporary exemption from this rule is specifically granted, and any Houseboy determined to be in violation or who recklessly damages property or causes injury at any time or location shall be subject to progressive discipline starting with a bare hand Level One Spanking and may continue up to and including a restrained Level Three Spanking using an implement (like a belt or paddle) for repeat or flagrant offenses, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

Rule #285-B — Alpha And Beta Houseboys (Congeniality)

When Alpha And Beta Houseboys are working together on an activity or chore, they must maintain congenial appearance and conversation when guests are present, working together toward the common goal except when practical considerations are reasonable and prudent.

Rule 154-H — Objectification (Hat Rack or Cap Holder)

The Naked Houseboy may be safely Objectified as a Hat Rack or Cap Holder when the storage of hats or caps is temporarily more important than the need for the Houseboy’s regular duties and chores, and Objectification as a Hat Rack or Cap Holder may commence either verbally or by silently securing a hat or cap upon any uncovered Houseboy body part which must be held still until all hats or caps are physically removed to end the Objectification duty.

Rule #98-A — Products and Services (Third Party Suggestions)

Master may evaluate and consider based on safety, affordability, availability and practical use the Third Party Suggestions submitted by any person for Products And Services for Houseboy use, rejecting the Third Party Suggestions which do not meet these standards and approving the Third Party Suggestions which are legal and do meet these standards, regardless of potential inconvenience or embarrassment to the Houseboy so long as usage of the newly approved product or service can be consistent and compliant with the remaining rules and protocols.

Rule #336-B — Glass Containers (Pool And Poolside)

The Naked Houseboy shall avoid serving Glass Containers at poolside, gently advising guests when necessary that we prefer safer alternatives like plastic to avoid chance of breakage, and the Naked Houseboy shall promptly collect or transfer contents as a courtesy whenever glass containers are observed or reported in the pool or poolside pathways.

Rule #145-A — Getting Undressed (‘Strip Command’)

A partially or fully clothed Houseboy who is instructed to and is Getting Undressed shall remove his clothing in the current location and physical position at which the Hand Signal (Rule #172) or verbal command is communicated, undressing himself while either remaining horizontally, vertically or substantially seated as appropriate unless specifically instructed to modify his physical location or position as part of the clothing removal demand.

Rule #44 — Old Fashioned Reading Time (‘OLD F.A.R.T.’)

As part of his regular duties and chores, the Naked Houseboy may be assigned to participate in Old Fashioned Reading Time (nickname ‘Old Fart’), silently perusing or studying fiction or non-fiction books or other printed and published material on traditional paper (including magazines, manuscripts or historical documents), while reading without aid or distraction of modern electronic devices such as phones, headsets, tablets and computers.

Rule #57 — Spot Cleaning

A Houseboy who is instructed to report for Spot Cleaning shall complete any task in progress and then report to the nearest hose or spray area, turning on the water pressure at least halfway and applying unheated water to the designated area for a minimum of thirty seconds or until the designated body parts are properly cleaned and presentable for inspection.

Rule #83-A — Brand And Size Check

A Houseboy who is wearing Minimal Or Standard Clothing (Rule #111) away from home is subject to a mandatory Brand And Size Check on demand, though requests by others must be pre-approved by Master before notifying the Houseboy that he is required to submit to examination.

Rule #221-C — Hug Etiquette (Mutual Hugs)

Houseboys are permitted a Mutual Hug to briefly greet, congratulate or console each other but should always keep it gentlemanly, platonic and in compliance with all other rules, protocols and instructions.

Note: Genital contact of eight seconds or longer may be punishable under the Rodeo Rule (Rule #251) unless incidental.

Rule 154-G — Objectification (Greeting Card)

The Naked Houseboy may be Objectified As A Greeting Card at any time, and is required to obey any instruction to Objectify without hesitation or delay, regardless of circumstances; he is also permitted to Self Objectify As A Greeting Card when the benefit to Master or guests is obvious and outweighs any temporary absence from the Houseboy’s regular duties and chores.

Rule #310 — Assume The Position (Known or Default)

Assume The Position is a verbal command which requires the Naked Houseboy to promptly pose as announced or mutually understood, or when no particular physical position is articulated or known then the Naked Houseboy shall Assume The Default Position with his body bent at the hips and hands hanging lower than or resting on his knees to allow his buttom area to be safely used as the target of an expected or impending Physical Inspection or Disciplinary Spanking.

Rule #214-F — Purple Banding (Houseboy)

A Houseboy wearing Purple Banding on his wrist or ankle is assigned to safety observation and Refreshment Service (Rule #330) for visitors in the pool area only, and may be hailed by any guest wanting snacks, beverages or assistance with pool floats or safety concerns.

Rule #328-B — Anal Inspection In Bathtub

When the Naked Houseboy is instructed to submit to an Anal Inspection during a Tub Bath (Rule #133), he should adjust water level (if necessary) so he can safely lie back and lift both legs high in the air without overflow, then place both hands over each respective butt cheek to use his fingers to dilate the anal opening while rolling his entire body backwards to sufficiently present the inspection area for proper examination.

Rule #189-E — Footwear Layers And Logos

Appropriate Footwear (Rule #189-A) is permitted at home or away, and the wearing of layered footwear like socks and shoes or boots is also permitted, however, footwear and logos must always be presentable and practical or previously approved to avoid discipline for failure to meet expectations.

Rule #261-F — Black Bag Enema

In the unlikely event the Naked Houseboy is to be administered two different enema solutions during a single enema session, the secondary enema solution shall be delivered only through a Black Enema Bag to avoid confusion and proper delivery of the planned enema recipe.

Rule #150-A — Body Sculptors

Day to day trimming or shaving of body hair is the responsibility of every Houseboy, however, Master has the right to bring in qualified professional or volunteer Body Sculptors to insure that high standards are maintained, and any Houseboy who is instructed or scheduled to report for body sculpting shall present himself at the assigned time completely naked from head to toe, clean or freshly bathed, and with a friendly and cooperative demeanor regardless of who may be present and could observe.

Rule #168 — Toe Touches Exercise

Master may assign Toe Touches at home or away as part of an exercise and fitness program personally tailored to the Naked Houseboy’s abilities and goals, and a schedule of exercise times shall be posted and followed regardless of who may be present and could observe, though no Houseboy will be required to completely undress or exercise naked away from home except where nudity is legal or traditional.

Rule #332-B — Unauthorized Masturbation (Passive)

The Naked Houseboy is prohibited from engaging in any conduct which passively pleasures his penis, scrotum, perineum or anus without specific instruction or authorization in these rules.

Rule #56 — Different Or Disparate Treatment

Master shall have the right at home or away to administer Different or Disparate Treatment toward two or more Houseboys serving together in same or similar circumstances, including their assigned duties and chores, awarding of special privileges and merit accolades, expectations about personal hygiene and body grooming, optional jewelry and accessories, administering of discipline and punishments, and off-property clothing appearance and behavior, so long as the reasoning is explained on request and all Different Or Disparate Treatment is safe and legal and permitted under these numbered rules and protocols.

Rule #48 — Swimwear

When away from home with Master at any beach or private pool where nudity is optional or traditional, the Houseboy may be instructed to remove his Swimwear or other clothing when unnecessary for safety or regulation, regardless of the clothing choices worn by others who happen to be present and could observe.

Rule #60-A — Annual Work Party (Defrost Prep) — 

Master hosts a weekend mixer and Annual Work Party and the Naked Houseboy is responsible for setup of new or temporarily rented refrigerator and freezer appliances and the defrosting of all older and retained appliances, including transfer and later return of desired contents after the weekend for use in the kitchen, bedrooms and other appliance locations.

Rule #64 — Pubic And Body Hair

The Naked Houseboy is responsible for regularly shaving or smoothing his Pubic And Body Hairexcept when exempted or instructed to submit to professional Body Sculptors (Rule #150-A) or qualified volunteer assistants for periodic third-party maintenance. 

Rule #76 — Critical Access And Repair

Experienced labor is usually contracted for property maintenance and repair, however, the Naked Houseboy may be required for urgency to safely attempt Critical Access And Repair of temporary or unforeseen issues like broken gates and fencing, powering or unpowering of utility boxes and valves, and other problems of urgency like broken sprinkler and water lines, doing so without unnecessary delay or complaint about discomfort or trivial issues like wet or muddy access, physical discomfort or embarrassment, and guest observation or volunteer assistance during Critical Access And Repair and subsequent cleanup of the property, the Naked Houseboy or themselves.

Rule #20-C — Buttocks Inspection In Pool

A Houseboy who is instructed to submit to a Buttocks Inspection while Master is alone or with others in the water of the backyard pool shall minimize inconvenience to Master and report to the pool’s edge facing away from the water, then immerse his lower legs in a kneeling position while leaning forward and using his upper body strength and position as a counterbalance to properly present the target area for examination

Rule #84 — ‘Use’ Command (aka ‘Utilize’ Command)

The Use Command, given in the format ‘Use (object)’ or ‘Use (concept)’ requires the Houseboy in his current state of dress or undress to ‘Use’ an object (like a kitchen utensil, hardware tool or even a playground slide) or to ‘Utilize’ an abstract concept (like speed, strength or careful finesse) in a standard and expected manner for the purpose of achieving a goal, accomplishing a task, or overcoming an adversity.

Rule #87 — Full Body Measurements

The Houseboy is required to submit to partial or Full Body Measurements at any time, and must present himself completely naked upon demand and cooperate fully during the measurement process, regardless of who may present and could observe.

Rule #86 — Vacuuming Carpet And Rugs — 

The Naked Houseboy is responsible for Vacuuming Carpet And Rugs weekly as scheduled or instructed, and is responsible for emptying the contents of the vacuum and bags and returning the appliance and related parts to their proper storage areas.

Rule #94-A — Designated Smoking Area (Home)

For guests who smoke, a Designated Smoking Area is provided at the rear corner of the property with limited seating and a table and ash tray for butts, and any Houseboy who smokes or wishes to visit with guests who are smoking is permitted to access and use the Designated Smoking Area on his free or recreational time, with the understanding that the Houseboy is responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the area and that limited Temporary Master Authority (including the right to supervise, issue commands and administer Level One Discipline if necessary) is automatically granted to whomever else happens to be present or enters the Designated Smoking Area, since Master does not smoke and reduced oversight is unavoidable in this section of the property.

Rule #99 — Squat Command

The Squat Command requires the Naked Houseboy to Report (Rule #211) and bend his knees while lowering his buttocks nearly to but not quite seated upon the floor or ground, then either Clasp Hands (Rule #8) with fingers interlocked behind his neck (if verbally instructed) or to rest his arms and hands upon or alongside his knees and then look and listen to Master (default) or toward another person, place or thing (like his penis as shown) while waiting for further action or instruction.

Rule #109 — Reciprocal Discipline

Master has the right to consider and administer or assign Reciprocal Discipline,  like a tickling punishment in response to a tickling violation, as a substitute for or in addition to any punishment specified in these rules, and shall determine the level, strength, duration and circumstances of such discipline before officially announcing and allowing the selected punishment to proceed.

Rule #111-D — Minimal Clothing (Adult Diapers)

Master has zero interest in diapers or diaper play, but this subsection (Rule #111-D) is included to allow Master discretion to temporarily permit or require the Houseboy to properly wear Adult Diapers in addition to, underneath or instead of Minimal Clothing while away from home or to temporarily wear only Adult Diapers at home during any illness or disability when reliable control of urine or other unwanted waste release jeopardizes safety, property.or the health of himself or others.

Rule #135-A — In-Service Training

The Naked Houseboy is subject to and shall submit to continuous In-Service Training to each of the 365 Rules And Protocols, learning or relearning at least one rule per chronological calendar day and doing so regardless of who may be present and could observe.

Rule #132 — Personal Time

Master does not discriminate on the basis of religion or belief system, and the Naked Houseboy is entitled to schedule five minutes of Personal Time each morning and evening for the purpose of spiritual, mental, or psychological interaction or self-examination, however, this activity shall not commence during any grace time for Morning Wood (Rule 349-A), nor may the time be used for Unauthorized Masturbation (Rule 332-A) or to engage in physical contact with any another person.

Rule #137-B — Power Washing (Disciplinary)

No Houseboy shall be subject to Power Washing except when applied safely and assigned as discipline following an observed or reported violation of protocol which cause or contributes to actual contamination of his skin or body parts including (but not limited to) sand or soil, food or beverage droppings, or pests like ants, insects or mosquitos.

Rule #137-A — Dousing (Non-Disciplinary)

Master may require the Houseboy to submit or self-submit to Non-Disciplinary Dousing through drenching, immersion or pouring of unheated water, as a practical response to remove observed or reported contamination to his skin and body parts like sand or soil, food or beverage droppings, and pests like ants, insects or mosquitos.

Rule #138-A — Arrival Inspection and Coat Check

When traveling with Master, the Houseboy may be required to submit for Arrival Inspection And Coat Checkto insure cleanliness prior to entry or use of household furniture and furnishings when visiting others, and the Houseboy is subject to household discretion and clothing instructions unless doing so would be contrary to any other rule, protocol, safety or regulation.

Rule #151-F — Transparencies (Camping Tent)

Master shall have the right to acquire and the Naked Houseboy may be instructed to use and maintain a Camping Tent or similiar accommodation which may be translucent or partially transparent to allow greater supervision and visibility whether naked or clothed at home or away, and the Houseboy is prohibited from engaging in or encouraging any action to significantly cover or conceal his visibility where nudity is legal or traditional, without specific authorization in advance.

Rule #307-B — No Right To Not Be Embarrassed (Clothed And Away)

The Naked Houseboy shall have No Right To Not Be Embarrassed, not even while away from home and permitted or instructed to wear Minimal Or Standard Clothing (Rule #111) in the presence of others, nor while going about his casual or assigned activities nor while simply waiting for instructions, nor during other down time or discipline because any Houseboy who would be granted permission to avoid temporary embarrassment would not be suitable to serve as Master’s Naked Houseboy in the first place.

Rule #314 — Silent Contempt (Arms Folded)

The Naked Houseboy will not fold or cross his arms in frustration, impatience or Silent Contempt of any authority figure nor of any predicament or circumstance which they may contribute to or fail to resolve, however, a single violation daily which is observed by Master for a period of less than eight consecutive seconds will draw only a verbal warning instead of corporal punishment under the provisions of the Rodeo Rule (Rule #251).

Rule #323 — Dance Command

The Dance Command requires the Naked Houseboy to immediately begin dancing in a happy and carefree manner, and continue dancing until either a new command is issued or until the music stops playing, regardless of his personal dancing ability or lack thereof, and regardless of others who may choose to exercise their Basic Right To Observe And Comment (Rule #191-A) on what they have just heard and seen.

Rule #337-M — Letter M Command

The Letter M Command is one of several alphabet-based instructions which require the Naked Houseboy to assume and maintain the physical position illustrated by the alphabetic letter; in the example pictured at a remote clothing optional beach so that his lower body can be exposed to the sun for tanning, but the Letter M Command can also be given at home to facilitate a physical inspection, enema prep or even just as a demonstration command to educate a visiting lifestyle friend or couple.

Rule #333-B — Situational Awareness (Imaging)

The Naked Houseboy must maintain Situational Awareness to prevent accidental electronic or photographic exposure of his uncovered penis, scrotum, perineum or anal cleft over the internet or in images he may capture or use during inventory or sale of property and valuables, including those intended for electronic or physical posting at bulletin boards, transferred to others or saved for future use. 

Rule #111-J — Jockstraps (Athletic Supporters)

The Naked Houseboy may be permitted or required to install and wear a Jockstrap as Minimal Or Standard Clothing when traveling with Master away from home, except when it would likely violate health or safety, dress codes or regulations.

Rule #344 — Unloading of Supplies

In addition to bringing in groceries and supplies from scheduled and periodic shopping trips as instructed by Master, the Naked Houseboy may be instructed to assist with or pack in items from guest or visitor vehicles, doing so unclothed except for optional footwear which is permitted for his safety.

Rule #269-B — Use of Pool Floats

The Naked Houseboy is responsible for storage, inflation and retrieval of recreational Pool Floats during the summer backyard pool season, and is permitted use of these devices while swimming during downtime and between other duties and chores, though he must discontinue use on demand and is subject to Level Zero Discipline through loss of use for improper handling, use or storage of any pool float or accessory.

Rule #345-B —  Music Practice

Any Houseboy who is proficient in playing or is learning to sing or to play a musical instrument shall permit visitors to observe his practice and recreational sessions, though a Houseboy who is taking lessons from a music teacher is subject to their Temporary Master Authority and protocol during the actual lessons, preparation and cleanup.

Rule #356-A — Houseboy Journal

The Naked Houseboy may be required to maintain a daily or weekly Houseboy Journal containing his personal thoughts and experiences as well as a record of his physical inspections, disciplinary actions, exercises and chores, and wellness activities (like temperature checks, weigh-ins, and cleansing enemas), to be stored in a secure location but available for viewing at Master’s discretion regardless of content, consequence or potential embarrassment to the Naked Houseboy.

Rule #198-C — Downtime (Away)

The Naked Houseboy may be permitted Downtime (or assigned mandatory time-out or nap) when traveling with Master to visit friends and acquaintances, subject to the articulated rest or recreation options (including clothing removal, if suggested), and reporting promptly when Downtime ends for any other duty, activity or departure preparation.

Rule #111-i — iClothing (Improvised)

When traveling with Master away from home, the Houseboy may be instructed to wear two or more interconnected or integrated bandanas (or similar items) to comply with public or private dress codes, knowing that the temporarily connected or integrated and improvised iClothing may be suddenly removed and temporarily forfeited whenever and wherever dress code requirements are no longer enforced or required.

Rule #111-H — Minimal Or Standard Clothing (Mesh Shirt)

To maximize comfort and safety during warm weather, the Houseboy may be instructed to properly wear a Mesh Shirt as part of a Standard Clothing two-piece top-and-bottom while away from home, and may be instructed to wear only a Mesh Shirt (without shorts or pants) at home or any other location where full nudity is otherwise permitted.

Rule #195-A — Fitness And Recreational Facilities

At Fitness And Recreational Facilities where the dress code promotes or permits nudity, and whenever Master has special arrangements with the owner or operator of the facility, the Houseboy may be required to securely store some or all of his clothing and remain naked or nearly naked for up to the duration of his presence at the facility.

Rule #297-A — Silent Observation

The Naked Houseboy, whether carrying out duties and chores or enjoying recreation or down time, shall not disturb any house guest with conversation nor distraction except as instructed or permitted by protocol, and the right of every visitor to passively supervise via Silent Observation of the House Boy shall not be infringed until and unless the visitor chooses to interact through spoken word or action which reasonably requires or invites a response. 

Rule #228-A — Pool Signage

Signage shall be posted near the gated entrance to the backyard and in the pool area itself to remind guests and visitors that Houseboy nudity is required at all times, and it shall be the Naked Houseboy’s responsibility to maintain all backyard and pool signage in a clean and readable condition, and to install ancillary or replacement signage as instructed.

Rule #247-A — Authority of Others to Assist and Engage

Master may consider requests for and grant limited Authority Of Others To Assist And Engage the Naked Houseboy for the purpose of removing prohibited clothing or enforcing discipline under Master’s supervision, and any non-verbal attempt by the Houseboy to resist, avoid or delay cooperation with this Authority is separately punishable as an Act Of Disrespect (Rule #117-A).

Rule #189-A — Appropriate Footwear

The Naked Houseboy is permitted but not required to wear Appropriate Footwear — such as socks, slippers, shoes or boots — so long as any laces or straps are kept tied or secured and all safety protocols are obeyed, except when a specific rule or instruction dictates otherwise.

Rule #111-A — Minimal Or Standard Clothing (Athletic Sweatpants)

Whenever he is traveling off property with or at Master’s direction, the Houseboy may be permitted or required to wear Athletic Sweatpants (without underwear) as his only item of Minimal Clothing or the Houseboy may instead be assigned a two-piece outfit consisting of Athletic Sweatpants (without underwear) plus any similar or dissimilar shirt to meet local dress codes, protection from weather, or for more socially appropriate or fashionable appearance.

Rule #315 — Use Of Tablets

The House Boy is permitted to access and use an internet-enabled tablet device (including headset or earbuds) for approved research, education and shopping unless instructed otherwise, and for recreational online or offline pursuits during his free time when other duties and chores are caught up, however, tablet devices may not be held or used for the purpose of significantly obstructing or concealing his genital-to-anal area for a period of longer than eight consecutive seconds pursuant to the Rodeo Rule (Rule #252).

Rule #113-A — Shaving Facial Hair

The Houseboy is responsible for Shaving Facial Hair daily unless exempted, doing so in the designated bathroom with entry door open to allow supervision and access by others, and this chore may be combined with other washing and manscaping duties except when instructed otherwise or when needed product or fixtures are in use by others who exercise their right to simultaneously or exclusively occupy and use bathroom floor space and facilities on demand.

Rule #100 — Cumulative Violation Rule

At Master’s sole discretion under the Cumulative Violation Rule, each act of misconduct by the Naked Houseboy may be evaluated in it’s own context and punished separately, and multiple acts of misconduct that occur together or as a chain of events may be evaluated as a whole for Insubordination or escalation to a higher level of discipline.

(In the example shown, the Naked Houseboy is potentially subject to discipline for three separate violations of improper internet viewing (on three different devices) and discipline for improper masturbation (left hand on erect penis) and discipline for the erect penis itself (if erections were prohibited at that time) and for neglecting any chores (if chores were assigned for that time slot but uncompleted) plus either: A) Punishment for Insubordination (which is a minimum Level Three Spanking using an implement) or B) Punishment escalation which will Level Up violations and increase the type and severity of spankings or alternate sanctions).

Rule #178-B — Event Chaperone And Supervision

A Houseboy who attends or participates in an outdoor event where his nudity is expected (like the World Naked Bike Ride or Bare To Breakers) shall be subject to Event Chaperone And Supervision to monitor the Houseboy’s compliance with protocol, assign or administer discipline if necessary, and insure that the Houseboy remains properly unattired for the duration of the event, including prep and cleanup and pedestrian travel immediately before and after, if clothing requirements are not being actively enforced.

Rule #282 — Nylon Shorts

The Houseboy may be permitted or required to wear nylon or other lightweight shorts of a similar material when traveling with or at Master’s direction away from home, doing so without redundant underclothing unless instructed otherwise, but shall have the right to request substitute clothing or underclothing of Master’s choice if the designated Nylon Shorts are likely to become transparent when wet and the chance of rainfall is 50% or greater, or when there is active precipitation or planned water activities like swimming where nudity is neither legal nor traditional.

Rule #234 — Use Of Commode (Improper Seat Position)

It is a violation of protocol for the Houseboy, whether clothed or naked nor at home or away, to stand and use any commode for urination while the toilet seat is improperly in the ‘down’ position, and the Houseboy is subject to punishment for actual violation regardless of the means or methods used to determine misbehavior.

Rule #317-B — Body Art And Tattoos (Privacy And Display)

The Naked Houseboy has no privacy of and shall display any permanent Body Art And Tattoos upon demand whether clothed or naked at home or away, and he shall respectfully answer questions about the meaning of each Tattoo and artisan, though physical display shall not be required and may be substituted by image or drawing when the lowering or removal of clothing would cause negative social reactions toward Master or require the Houseboy to violate dress codes or regulation.

Rule #171-C — Spanking Positions Chart

Master has the right to post or distribute a compendium of Spanking Positions as an illustrative guide to assist in the education and training for and selection of disciplinary punishments which may be administered upon the Houseboy for misbehavior or failure to meet expectations, though any actual spanking of the Houseboy must be suitable, safe and legal in compliance with the Paramount Rule and consistent with all other related rules and protocols.

Rule #280 — Removal Of Trash And Recyclables

The Naked Houseboy is responsible for properly Removing Trash And Recyclables carried to or deposited during beach outings and other travels away from home except when instructed otherwise or alternate arrangements are clearly available.

Rule #275 — Secure Transport

A Houseboy who is either at home or elsewhere while traveling with Master and who is sentenced to discipline which will be administered somewhere other than his current location, may be temporarily restrained and undressed for Secure Transport (including loading and unloading) to the disciplinary site, except that he shall be permitted Minimal Clothing of his midsection upon articulation by any party that Houseboy nudity would be in violation of a local law or dress code per the Paramount Rule.

Rule #305 — Addressing Authority

The Houseboy will show deference to authority in all locations and circumstances whether it be to Master or other authority figures at home or away, using proper terms like ’Yes, Sir’ and ‘Yes, Ma’am’ when required by protocol and never using inappropriate or slang words or phrases like ‘Yeah’ or ‘Naah’ except when specifically permitted, and the Houseboy shall pay extra attention and deference to all in Master’s ‘Royal Family’ for whom any Act Of Disrespect or Insubordination will result in additional or escalated discipline to emphasize that improper behavior directed toward these authority figures should not be ignored, excused nor tolerated.

Rule #245-B — Non-Discrimination (Race & Skin Color)

It shall be the policy of this Master not to discriminate in the selection, display or use of the Houseboy based on race or skin color, and it shall be a permanent direct order by Master to every Houseboy not to discriminate nor appear to display any appearance of discrimination based on race or skin color against any visitor, guest or other person in Master’s circle of acquaintances, with punishment for violation of this rule to be a mandatory Level Three Spanking by implement for a first time offense and a Level Four Suspension Or Dismissal for a ‘repetitive and flagrant’ violation.

Rule #154 Section ‘O’— Objectification Training

The Houseboy may be instructed to participate in and cooperate with Master or any volunteer-mentor for Objectification Training as part of his regular duties, or during any approved Educational Initiative(Rule #119) to achieve practical and better service to Master, the household or community.

Rule #185-H — Hips Command (Hands On Hips)

The Hips Command (a.k.a. Hands On Hips) is a preparatory and demonstrative command which requires the Naked Houseboy to place both Hands On Hips and hold this position for follow up instructions, most likely to bend over or otherwise position for inspection or discipline, or to begin his exercise routine or lap swimming if standing in the backyard pool.

Rule #328-B — Anal Inspection In Bathtub

When the Naked Houseboy is instructed to submit to an Anal Inspection during a Tub Bath (Rule #133), he should adjust water level (if necessary) so he can safely lie back and lift both legs high in the air without overflow, then place both hands over each respective butt cheek to use his fingers to dilate the anal opening while rolling his entire body backwards to sufficiently present the inspection area for proper examination.

Rule #268 — Lap Swimming

During the summer season when the backyard pool is open for use, the Naked Houseboy may be assigned Lap Swimming either alone or with someone else as a participant or observer, as part of or in addition to his regular exercise and fitness activities.

Rule #88-B — Alternate Electronic Measurement

Any collared Houseboy who is required to submit to measurement of any body part using a physical tape measure or measuring stick (including his  weekly Penis Measurement per Rule #88-A), shall be allowed the option to request and submit to Alternate Electronic instead of physical measurement whenever an electronic measuring device is available and operates with reasonable accuracy.

Rule 111-W — Minimal Clothing: Wrap

When the Houseboy is traveling with Master away from home and is at a location where nudity is inadvisable, the Houseboy may be required to wear a Wrap as Minimal Covering, and shall then obey the temporary commands Wrap and Unwrap to conceal or reveal himself at Master’s discretion and instruction.

Rule #123 — Appropriate Terminology

The Naked Houseboy must always express himself in a gentlemanly manner using only Appropriate Terminology when speaking or writing about body parts or bodily functions, except when this rule is temporarily suspended and permission is granted to use crude or slang words and phrases or when the Houseboy is directly responding to or quoting the words or writings of someone else; and Master will not subject the Houseboy to discipline or punishment for the use of Appropriate Terminology at home or away when spoken in proper context and at reasonable volume regardless of who may be present and could overhear.

Rule #144 — Jogging or Running Exercise

Protocol for Jogging Or Running Exercise requires the Houseboy to participate without clothing only where it is legal or traditional to do so, otherwise he shall be permitted at least one item of Minimal Clothing (Rule #111) and appropriate footwear upon request, and whether clothed or naked he shall always maintain at least twice the standard walking pace except for breaks due to fatigue, traffic laws or safety, or consumption of approved refreshments.

Rule #303 — Competitive Water Sports

During the warmer time of year when the outdoor pool is open for use, the Houseboy may be permitted or required at Master’s discretion to participate in Competitive Water Sports or other group water activities, doing so while remaining naked at all times and maintaining respectful and sportsmanlike behavior throughout, regardless of who may be present and participating or observing.

Rule #152–B — Competitive Twister

The Naked Houseboy may be assigned Competitive Twister as part of his designated fitness or recreational duties, though others must wear and retain casual clothing unless participants and observers agree otherwise by clear and unanimous consent.

Rule #328-A — Anal Inspections (Indoors)

For health and safety, the Naked Houseboy may be required to submit to Anal Inspection on demand or as part of any Full Body Inspection (Rule #16), presenting the target area as instructed for non-penetrative dilation and visual examination for cleanliness, epidermal health and hemmoroidal health issues.

Rule #111-F — Formal Or Business Attire

The Houseboy may be permitted or required to wear Formal Or Business Attire when attending suitable events away from home with or at Master’s direction, however, the wearing of underwear like briefs or boxers are strictly prohibited unless separately allowed due to another rule, protocol or medical necessity.

Rule #246 —Exiting Shower Improperly Rinsed

A Houseboy who fails to or Improperly Rinses soap or lather before exiting any Shower or Tub Bath or fails to properly dry himself and any water drippage onto the floor space is guilty of failing to prevent potential health or injury to himself or others and is subject to discipline for each violation under the Cumulative Violation Rule (Rule #100).

Rule #122-C — Video Game Accessories

The Naked Houseboy is permitted to wear relevant game accessories during approved game preparation and play, so long as he does not violate any other rule or protocol.

Rule #354-A — Circumstantial Evidence (Houseboy)

Master may consider Circumstantial Evidence when evaluating the conduct and behavior of the Naked Houseboy, and disciplinary action (of all types, including spankings) may be based partially or solely upon observing or receiving reports of such evidence, whether at home or away.

Rule #351 — Urethra Inspection

The Naked Houseboy is required to submit to a genital or Urethra Inspection on demand to verify cleanliness and pathway viability for discharge of fluids, and physically examined for signs of possible injury, rash or infection.

Rule #154-P — Objectification As Paddle Storage

The Naked Houseboy may be Objectified as temporary Paddle Storage following any Level Two or Level Three Discipline where a paddle or other implement has been applied to his bottom, by placing the disciplinary tool between his buttocks for temporary storage during or in lieu of Corner Time, and the Houseboy shall be required to maintain proper storage of the implement for the duration of the Objectification to avoid additional punishment for failure to meet expectations. 

Rule #271 — Suitability Of Clothing (Away From Home)

The Houseboy is required to remain naked at home but is provided clothing to comply with public and private dress codes when leaving the property, though Master has the right to determine sizes and colors and styles as long as the genitalia and buttocks are suitably covered during seating, standing and walking normally, and it is the responsibility of the Houseboy to prevent an accidental clothing malfunction away from home (using belt, suspenders or hands if necessary) which otherwise may result in unplanned exposure for which the Houseboy is subject to discipline but only if reported by someone who observes a violation and chooses to report it to Master either personally or through another form of communication.

Rule #29-B — Camp Fires

The Naked Houseboy is responsible for keeping picnic, beach and Camp Fires warm and operable when traveling with Master to outdoor locations, though the Houseboy will be permitted to wear Minimal Or Standard Clothing (Rule #111) where nudity isn’t appropriate and whenever retrieving wood or other fuel if unsafe conditions make temporary clothing more appropriate for health or safety reasons.

Rule #151-C — Transparencies (Clothing and Footwear)

The Houseboy may be required fo wear clear or substantially transparent clothing, shoes or outerwear for safety, practical or thematic reasons anytime at home or wherever exposure of the revealed body parts would be legal or traditional and socially acceptable to other persons nearby and in view. 

Rule #160 — Level Three Disciplinary Area

A Level Three Disciplinary Area will be set aside for Houseboy punishment during all Level Three Spankingsat home (except for those administered by protocol in his bedroom or another location), and the Level Three Disciplinary Area shall be marked clearly with signage to denote mandatory restraints, though any lower level discipline which may take place in the Level Three Disciplinary Area shall be administered unrestrained unless the assigned punishment is Leveled Up due to additional disrespect or insubordination by the misbehaving Houseboy.

Rule #111-V — Minimal Clothing (Verification)

The Naked Houseboy is allowed Minimal Or Standard Clothing when traveling where nudity is inappropriate, though he is subject to Clothing Verification to determine that any textile sufficiently meets dress code and local laws which may require coverage of specific body parts including his penis, scrotum, perineum line and anal halo, though he has No Right To Physical Privacy (Rule #12) during the Clothing Verification process prior to leaving for travel.

Rule #176 — Respecting The Crown

Master jokingly refers to his home as a ‘Castle’ in the ‘Kingdom Of Mine’, his relatives as members of the ‘Royal Family’ and his authority as ‘Regal’, and while he doesn’t actually wear a ‘Crown’ he does own one, which is on display in the ‘Castle’ and must be respected by any Houseboy when passing by.

Rule #333-A — Situational Awareness (Written Instructions)

The Naked Houseboy must maintain Situational Awareness to identify and comply with Written Instructions which Master leaves or places for compliance, include shopping lists, to-do items written on a whiteboard, small post-it notes left on objects, and any other written instructions in off-beat or unusual locations like fogged up mirrors or even on knitted socks.

Rule #80-B — Set-up And Technology Services (S.A.T.S)

The Naked Houseboy is responsible for Set-Up And Technology Services (Acronym: SATS) which includes set-up and installation as well as maintenance and reconnection when necessary for indoor home internet, satellite and similar services, doing so safely and to the best of his ability while using good judgement to determine prioritizing his other required duties and chores.

Rule #338 — Hand Held Lighting

The Naked Houseboy shall maintain at least two portable battery-operated or rechargeable Hand Held Lighting devices for use by Master or guests during any activity where better lighting may be desired or current light may be insufficient, including indoor or outdoor activities on the property, inspections or examinations of the Houseboy Uniform (See Nudity, Rule #1), or during circumstances where installed lighting in temporarily unavailable for any reason.

Rule #313-B — Notice Of Discipline

When a Request For Discipline (Rule #313-A) has been approved but punishment does not immediately commence, a Notice Of Discipline shall be prepared and delivered to the Naked Houseboy for attaching to or near the daily or weekly Activity Schedule (Rule #242) on the kitchen refrigerator, so that visitors and guests may view the date and time for punishment to exercise their right to avoid visitation should they prefer to not to view corporal or other disciplinary action.

Rule #316-D — Custodial Discipline

A Houseboy who is wearing white underwear when he is temporarily left in Custodial Supervision(Rule #316-A) at a private residence away from home is not subject to bare bottom discipline or punishment with any implement while Master is away, however, the Houseboy’s white underwear may be lowered for any disciplinary spanking for misbehavior if the Custodial Supervisor (a.k.a. Babysitter)reports the violation and requests punishment once Master returns.

Rule #245-A — Non-Discrimination (Physical Disability)

It shall be the policy of this Master not to discriminate based on physical disability in the selection, display or use of the Houseboy, though any changes ceded because of disability shall be consistent with the minimum necessary reasonable accommodation and maximum possible safe enforcement for each respective rule and protocol, including the primary Nudity Rule (Rule #1).

Rule #60-B — Annual Work Party (Group Supervision And Labor)

Master hosts a weekend mixer and Annual Work Party where lifestyle and vanilla friends are invited to attend alone or with a guest to meet new friends and enjoy sunshine, food and beverages, recreation and visitation (for those who remain clothed) and laborious group chores (for those who won’t be), as a voluntary benefit to help prepare Master’s home and grounds for the coming summer season, with all guests choosing to be assigned either as a Group Supervisor to remain clothed or as part of Group Labor who each must undress and work naked like the Houseboy, with all clothing and accessories for Group Labor to be safely gathered and secured under lock and key for the duration of the event and until completion of the “everyone’s invited afterparty” nearing the weekend’s end.  

Rule #337-Y — Letter Y Command

The Letter Y Command is one of several alphabet-based instructions which require the Naked Houseboy to assume and maintain the physical position illustrated by the alphabetic letter, doing so to the best of his ability when there is no specific protocol for the designated letter or following specific protocol (as pictured) by standing with his legs together and arms outstretched at approximate 45 degree angles.

Rule #83-B — Collar Check

A Houseboy who is wearing a Collar of any type, size or style, including an Alternate Collar (Rule #226A-D) at home or away is subject to a mandatory Collar Check for safety and sizing on demand, though requests by others must be approved by Master prior to examination.

Rule #349-B — Penile Erections (Pool Area)

Master acknowledges that Penile Erections may unintentionally occur due to activity and other nonsexual reasons but the Naked Houseboy must bear in mind that first time or vanilla guests may be sensitive and feel confused or disrespected at the unexpected sight of one, therefore the Naked Houseboy is subject to discipline for any improper non-transitory poolside erection while sensitive guests are present or expected.

Rule #342-B — Enhanced Discipline (Anal)

The Naked Houseboy may be sentenced to Enhanced Discipline through safe insertion of any suitable implement into his anal cavity during any punishment for which protocol specifically allows Enhancement at any level including an Over The Pillow Spanking (Rule #49) or for any violation involving specific anal or rectal misbehaviors like failing a cleanliness inspection or passing gas where another is likely to find the aroma offensive. 

Rule #319 — No Right To Be Fully Informed (Observation)

The Naked Houseboy has No Right To Be Fully Informed before or during travel nor the likely locations of clothing changes or required nudity, nor any expectation of privacy from others who might overtly or covertly observe him while exposed, because the Naked Houseboy already has No Right To Physical Privacy (Rule #12) and No Right To Not Be Embarrassed (Rule #307) or he couldn’t be honored with a position as a Naked Houseboy in the first place.

Rule #349-A — Erections (Morning Wood)

The Naked Houseboy is expected to begin each day at home with his uniform in a ‘penis downward’ position, however, a Houseboy who happens to awaken from any approved sleep or rest period with Morning Wood shall be permitted a five minute hands free grace period to urinate and present himself for duty or inspection before he is subject to intervention or discipline for the improper erection.

Rule #179 — Exercise In Public

The Houseboy may be permitted or required to Exercise In Public like Pelvic Thrusts (Rule #124) or other calisthenics and fitness activities, though nudity shall not be required except at locations like clothing optional beaches and resorts where the Houseboy’s ‘option’ is relinquished to Master for the duration of their stay.

Rule #77 — Sweeping Floors

The Naked Houseboy is responsible for Sweeping Floors and outdoor hard surfaces weekly and as needed, using the appropriate sweeping and collection tools (including broom type, long or wisk broom and dustbin), returning all supplies in usable condition to their proper storage areas following completion of these activities.
