slave will remove all clothes (if necessary)

slave will get ready the hypnosis CD or computer file. (The file should be listened to through headphones)

slave will lie in a warm comfortable place (on a bed, reclining in a chair) 

 

slave will prepare itself for hypnosis by breathing in and out deeply three times before saying, “To my Master, I give my all”

slave will repeat the previous step a further two times 

 

slave will press play and listen to the hypnosis after the hypnosis, slave will breathe in and out deeply three times before saying, “To my Master, I give my all”

slave will repeat the previous step a further two times

slave will remain in this position for a few moments
